Hi! My name is Rayna and I am thrilled to be your host. I have been in event planning and management for most of my life and I’m happy to be able to offer my second home as a part-time rental. I have lived in Florida since grade school and married the boy next-door. We just celebrated our 22nd anniversary and have two beautiful daughters. We also have two amazing rescue dogs! I love all things related to Florida including sunrises and sunsets, fishing, boating, swimming, beaching, sunbathing , coconuts, flamingos, and flip-flops! I thank God every day that I live in this amazing state and I can’t wait to share a little part of it with you!

St. George Island is an amazing place. It’s a little over 20 miles long and half of that is the state park. It’s not glitzy and there are no frills. St. George is an island that has stayed true to its natural charm. Pristine, natural, and undisturbed are all words to describe this unique place. Sea turtles are king of the island and all of the residence are big on nature. You will fall in love with Island Escape as soon as you arrive. You can hear the roar of the ocean and see the waves from the inside as well as on your spacious ocean front deck. The private gazebo is amazing. We have had many weddings here! And many anniversaries to come! Private beach house living without the expensive price tag. You can take amazing long walks on the beach or fish right on the surf. You can either enjoy the peace and solitude or go on an island adventure! Couldn’t get any closer to the sand if you tried! Newly decorated and brought up to date with smart TVs throughout, there is something to enjoy or do for everyone! It’s everything you need on our amazing little island, truly living up to the name Island Escape!

Private beach access, one-of-a-kind covered gazebo on the sand, close to restaurants and local shops, amazing sunsets, turtle nests in your own backyard, friendly people and neighbors. Outdoor shower, outdoor grill, a little over a mile away to the state park. Kayaking, paddle boarding, , skim boarding, boogie boarding, sailboating and jet skiing are all ways to enjoy the water. Many indigenous birds and animals on the island. Island Escape’s part of the of the beach is known for great shelling! Washer and dryer available for extended stay as well as monthly discounts, snowbirds welcome!
