We have the sleeper sectional in the living room which is great for a small kid or two if you have little ones that will be joining you. You are visiting Anna Maria for the beach so you might as well be on the beach and not several blocks away with a few busy streets to cross. Also one of the few rentals on the island that allows stays shorter than a week.

Contactless entry as the front door has a code that we will give you the night before you arrive.

You will get your own designated parking spot for your stay. Once there the car isn’t even necessary unless you plan to go off Anna Maria Island. There is a convenient stop across the street for the free trolley that runs from 6 am to 10 pm all day with stops every 20 minutes.

Only a 5 minute walk south to historic bridge street with its fishing pier shops restaurants bars and putt putt course. Publix is 2 miles north to stock the fridge when you arrive.

We provide fresh linens and bath towels for each guest. Along with starter amounts of coffee pods for the Keurig, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, hand sanitizer, towels, and bar soap. Unit will be professionally cleaned before your stay. Coin laundry is on site if needed.

Free high speed Wi-Fi as well as cable tv on the pair of smart tvs. One in the living room of 50 inches and a 32 inch smart tv in the bedroom. The living room tv has a dvd player with a handful of dvds to choose from. Just use the Westinghouse remote to change the input on the tv to use the dvd player.

We also provide beach accessories like an umbrella, two beach chairs, and a bocce ball set. There are white loungers for the building as soon as you get on the beach. Feel free to move them to the spot in the sand you would like. Just return them back to where they go when you are done with them for the day. And if it’s a rare cool time of year in southwest Florida the hot tub on the ground level is a great change of pace.
