Relax at Point Pleasant Beach

From entering the property to leaving, everything was easy, enjoyable and on point. The house was so clean and instructions on how to preserve the home’s integrity was clear. Krystle was delightful throughout our stay. My family would not hesitate to book this property again.

Vacation time with Grandchildren

Our time spent at this home was truly enjoyable. Krystle is a wonderful host. Easy to communicate with. Process to gain access, very easy. All amenities listed for the property are there and in good shape. We were travelling by plane so we weren't able to bring a lot with us. The home certainly provided what we needed, with the added bonus of a Dollar Tree only a few minutes away for additional items. Our grandchildren,ages 5 and 8, really enjoyed the outdoor space as well as the family room which is really geared for children. Jenkinsons is only a short ride away and provides lots of fun and entertainment for the whole family. We have rented beach houses for years at the Jersey Shore and I would definitely recommend this home.

Cute house!

We had a wonderful week staying at this cute house. The location was great and fenced in back yard was perfect. Our only issue was that all bedroom doors had key locks on them that will lock if closed from the outside, and no spare keys were located in the home when we encountered a lock out. Def a concern for a kid friendly home, but luckily our kids were not in any danger during the lockout. We did the right thing by offering to pay and did pay, but I was pretty surprised the Host didn't offer to put the damage through the accidental property damage insurance since we paid for it at the hosts request upon booking[this is what it's there for!] It wasn't until after I got home and looked through my papers to see we did pay for accidental damage protection when booking. I would've paid for an accidental damage protection plan AND the damage had I not looked into it! Luckily the host was fully reimbursed by insurance, and I was reimbursed for the amount that we paid as well. Thank you Krystal for being super quick with all communication, during the lock out, and after as well! We appreciate your understanding!

We loved our stay and Krystle was an excellent, responsive host. When she learned we were traveling with small children, she even set us up with all kinds of fun toys and activities for them!

Comfortable and cozy!

Lovely home! Conveniently located to beach and boardwalk. Fenced in backyard was great which our 2.5 year old grandson thoroughly enjoyed. I would definitely recommend booking this home.

Lovely house

This house is perfect and has everything you need for time at the beach. The property as well stocked with plenty of beach, chairs, towels, even a wagon to take your belongs to the beach. The place was immaculate. Space was used smartly and it was very comfortable for six people. We will definitely be coming back.

Great stay

Our family truly enjoyed our stay. The house is in a great location, close to several restaurants and the boardwalk. The kids loved the play kitchen and tent in the playroom as well as the special treats that were left behind. The layout of the house worked out perfectly for our families and communication was easy with Krystle.

Great family house

We usually stay at the white sands but because we were having more family join us this year we decided on this VRBO. The process of obtaining the rental was easy and owner responded to all inquiries promptly. The house is clean, roomy and cozy. We spent a lot of time there due to the poor weather. Would definitely recommend.

Very clean & cozy house. The beds were comfortable, very nice sheets and towels provided, and plenty of space in each bedroom to put away clothing. The check in and check out process was easy and convenient, and communication with our host was great! Thanks so much!!
