Newly renovated three-level home with 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms within walking distance to the heart of Downtown Oak Bluffs and beaches. This location allows you to be at the center of activity from Fourth of July fireworks to Illumination but a quick escape into the quiet neighborhood of The Highlands. Walking distance from Oak Bluffs Town Beach (Inkwell) and ferry station. A bright spacious fully renovated and well-appointed must-see home that you won’t want to leave. Comfortable living spaces for 6 people to relax and socialize. Open kitchen with new appliances and all the cooking tools necessary to whip up a pot of chowda or to have guests over to enjoy a lobster bake. Beautiful rooftop deck with a view of the Harbor and lake or a great place to listen to the morning chirping of birds. Two Bedrooms on the second floor- one with a comfortable Queen bed and the other with 2 twin beds. Master bedroom with bathroom with a peak of the Harbor.
Backyard with picnic tables and a grill for those warm summer family cookouts. Shared parking.

The home was absolutely beautiful, clean and well stocked. I will say the upstairs bathroom does not have a shower curtain , and there is no where to hang your clothes, or put clothes away I.e closest , dressers or hangers.

Clean, great location

Perfect location- walk right to shops and restaurants. A great home base for exploring. Very clean and recently remodeled. We had a great stay.

Wonderful First Time Stay in Marthas Vineyard

We vacationed at this property for My Girlfriends Birthday as well as My First-time in Marthas Vineyard. The hosts were incredibly inviting and gracious with our booking, especially with us bringing our dogs which includes my Service Dog as I am a retired FDNY WTC Member. The home was comfortable, cute and super clean and nice. We Highly recommend this property and its owners for a stay in Marthas Vineyard.

Great location

The property is located approx a half mile from the harbor, restaurants, shopping and ferry dock, making all walkable. Bathrooms are located on 1st and 3rd floor; two small bedrooms on 2nd floor and bath and bedroom on 3rd floor. Stairs are steep so would not recommend for anyone with limited mobility. Cute setup with required necessities supplied. Recently renovated. Would stay there again.

1st Visit to Martha's Vineyard-

WOW! Where should I start....this property is neat, and exactly as described. For me, clealiness is paramount and when I walk into a property and do spot checks for cleanliness and everything is good to go- I can ENJOY my vacation.John and Chimene were responsive to our check-in inquiry and immediately took care of the issue with the keypad for enter into the property. Their property was completely stocked with coffee pods, other kitchen necessities like Keurig, Ninja blender, personal hygiene products etc. Beds were comfy with great linens.Property location was spot on! A very quick walk to the waterfront and Circuit Ave. The season wasn't officially open so we were able to enjoy Oak Bluffs without the crowd with long wait times. As first-timers to MV, this was great!We will definitely request to book this property again.

Great house

This was a very cute little house for our family of 4 plus dogs. It was clean, well kept and convenient. The only recommendation I have is to add some dressers and to make the closets usable for clothes. That was my only issue was that there was nowhere to hang clothes or put them away. We didn’t need all 3 bedrooms so I ended up laying our clothes out on the spare bed. Other than that, it was great!

Great place to stay for getting to know the island!

We had a very nice stay at this Oak Bluffs rental. The rental house was clean, roomy enough for us (five Adults), and perfect for our 4 day, 3 night stay. The kitchen/ dining/ living area allowed us to prep/cook and share meals, play table games (cards etc) and chat. The second floor deck was perfect for relaxing as well! Beds were comfortable. We primarily used one of the two full bathrooms due to one full bath having a bath and shower but no shower curtain. This second bath setup left us uncomfortable with how splashing would effect the rest of this small bathroom. Although disappointed about a missing gas tank for a planned night of grilling, we were appreciative of the quick response from the owners regarding the grill situation and a couple other missing items. The close harbor location of the house was perfect for walking into town and our biking explorations around the island. It is important to note the house is on a main road where traffic is moderate and can be noisy in the evening but it is also super close to island bus route stops. A definite bonus! We definitely enjoyed our time on the island and credit the Oak Bluffs rental with helping us with already making plans for a return visit!

We love living in and traveling especially to places that have historical significance. The Highlands neighborhood and Martha's Vineyard in general have a rich African American, Wampanoag, Portuguese, and Cape Verdean history.

Location, Location, Location. We love being so close to everything! What we love about the house is being minutes away from the Oak Bluffs Harbor and Dining on the water, Circuit Ave to shop or Inkwell Beach to swim with the Polar bears or do yoga in the mornings. We love to ride bikes or take walks in the neighborhood to relax!
