The living room has three comfortable chairs and a couch. Enjoy a movie or two or catch up on your favorite shows on the cable television provided for your entertainment! The deck off of the living room is spectacular and a great way to take in the beauty of Lake DeSoto!
**There is no usage of the garage at this property**
Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in North America and has a variety of amenities that can be enjoyed by all who visit. With 8 public golf courses, 11 Lakes, miles of bike and hiking trails, pickleball courts, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, mini golf, playground, outdoor basketball courts - Something for Everyone!
Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - Be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle free commute and check in.
The world famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away.

NO parties! Quiet time is after 10:00 a.m.
There is parking right in front of the town house.
Upon arrival you should find a welcome book that will have lists of Restaurants, Grocery stores, Lakes, Golf Courses, and more!
