The Open-concept kitchen is truly a Chef's Dream, with upgraded appliances, as well as the highly coveted Gas Range. There is seating for 6 in the dining room, plus 4 seats at the grand island. There is also outdoor seating for 4. Complete with a Butler’s Pantry and walk in pantry for dining or entertaining!

Enjoy a 2nd pool with Newly built Cypress Lodge in walking distance. Play on the huge green grass space on our road just 25 ft away from our driveway. Play frisbee, soccer, volleyball, football, anything you like!
