Spacious 4 bed 4 bath house with ocean views

This house sleeps 10 comfortably and 2 more on a sleeper sofa, with its 4 bed 4 bath there is plenty of room for your family vacations not to mention this house is only a 3 min walk to the beach. It's located in the Las Conchas community and is patrolled 24/7 by the communities security team. This is a very safe area!

This house is composed of two separate living areas. The upstairs has the main bedroom with a king-sized bed and a large smart 4K TV equipped with Direct TV and its private bathroom. This room has enough storage space for your belongings. It also has a door leading out to a balcony that overlooks the Desert -Estuary area. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with the second bathroom being directly across the hall. It has a full kitchen with a large window overlooking the Desert- Estuary area. The living room is equipped with DirectTV service for those who like to watch some of their shows, an exercise bicycle, a set of Bowsmith dumbbells, and an exercise ball so that you can still fit in a small workout routine while you are vacationing. The dining area seats 8 people comfortably and if you need more seats there are also 4 bar stools at the breakfast bar next to the dining table. Our favorite part is the covered patio where you can sit at any time of day and enjoy the view of the Sea of Cortez. There are two doggie doors accessible to only the upstairs living area. Don't worry your pups will have plenty of room.

The downstairs has 2 beds, 2 baths, a small living room, and a small kitchen. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a couch, a tv with DirectTV, and a small desk. It also has a private bathroom. Down the hall, we have the second bathroom and at the end of the hall, we have the second bedroom with 2 queen-sized beds and plenty of storage for your belongings.

If you love sunsets there is a margarita deck that has the best views of the ocean and estuary. (Furnishings to come soon)

Like most houses in Las Conchas, there is an outside shower to wash off the beach you may have brought back from your swim.

There is a paved driveway where you can park 2 cars and extra space on the side of the house.
