Enjoy beautiful Arizona and its many outdoor activities while staying in a newly remodeled 4-bedroom vacation rental in Goodyear. This home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac street. Great location as you are just minutes from many festivities or professional sports venues as it is centrally located to PIR, MLB, NFL, and NBA sports stadiums. You can also improve your golf game at Wigwam's 3 world-class championship golf courses less than 2 miles away. The Wigwam resort also offers the LeMonds Aveda Salon-Spa and fine dining to enjoy during your stay.

Just 5 minutes from the I-10, 10 minutes from 101 Loop, restaurants, shopping, and the Westgate district. You are closely located at Goodyear Ballpark and Camelback Ranch. These are the Spring training sites for the Cincinnati Reds, Cleveland Guardians, Los Angeles Dodgers, and the Chicago White Sox. You are also about 20 minutes from the Glendale Arena and the nearby State Farm Stadium, home to the Arizona Cardinals.

The living room has plenty of seating for a family of 8, a 65" Smart TV to log into Hulu, Amazon, Netflix etc.. and Youtube TV. All bedrooms have smart TVs greater than 50" to enjoy watching tv when winding down. The backyard includes all the amenities for the Big Game as there is plenty of seating on the patio, grilling space, and a fire pit for the cooler days

Honestly, one of the best homes on any platform we have ever stayed in! Some of the key features that stuck out to us - • very clean and well kept! • furnishings were very nice and comfortable. Truly felt like a home. Cozy and aesthetically pleasing. Master bedroom bed was SO comfy! • has everything you need to make meals at home.• travel crib was available to use which helped us not have to lug one more thing from Atlanta to Phoenix. • location is prime to truly do anything. Grocery store, department stores, outlet mall, restaurants, etc. are all in very short drive distances. I’m from that side of town and it’s a prime location! • neighborhood was very clean and quiet. • backyard was great! Especially for a 1 year old. No worries about a pool in the backyard. Which was nice for us. • many other great things!

great quiet neighborhood

This was a perfect house for us. We had a family reunion and needed a place to stay at night. The beds were really comfortable, the kitchen had plenty of space and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We would love to stay here again.

Great Stay

We were visiting family in the Pebble Creek area. The location was perfect with access to everything you would need, the home was spacious, well equipped with everything working and very clean. The directions were clear and just a great place for our family to enjoy a long weekend while seeing family in the area.

Peaceful and comfortable

This is by far one of the best vacation homes we have rented. You can tell the owners take pride in providing every single thing you would need as an out of state traveler. Communication was excellent and the location was perfect for going to Spring Training games, Luke Days air show and great food all around the area. Can’t wait to return for another family vacation adventure.

Perfect Accomodations!

This was the perfect location for us staying in the area. 5 minutes from my daughters home - easy access to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. The property itself was superb. Clean and tidy. Just bring yourself - all the amenities are there for you. The owners were very communicative and lovely. Will definately book this place again and again!

Beautiful home!

This is how a rental house should alway be set up. Comfortable and nice furniture, clear instructions, and prompt and wonderful communication from the host. My grandmother was able to stay a night with her grandkids, my sister was able to visit, and the utensil stocked kitchen saved us a ton from eating out all the time. Thanks so much for the wonderful stay.

Perfect stay!

Our stay at this property was absolutely perfect! The house was immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable, making it feel like a true home away from home. Clean and lovely 4 bedroom home in a nice, convenient area.

This home was even nicer than I expected. Everything is high-quality and like new. The beds were very comfortable. The owners have provided anything that you might need for your stay. All the conveniences of the city are nearby. The house is in a quiet area and you can relax in the backyard to enjoy the beautiful Arizona weather, or take a walk in the neighborhood. I sincerely recommend renting this home.

Home Away From Home

Our stay here was more than we anticipated and was just what we needed! Anthony and Janeice were great hosts! Quick with responses and gave us excellent recommendations! The house was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. From a well stocked kitchen to the quail watching on the patio out back; it had everything we could imagine for a relaxing vacation. The location was close to all the major roads we needed and made it easy to get around. We will definitlely book this place again when we return with our kids! Thanks again for a great stay! Wonderful home away from home

We flew to Phoenix with my mother in-law for a hip replacement. We choose the house as we needed accessible living for her during our 10 day stay. The house was perfect and we felt at home as soon as we walked in. It is warm and inviting and has everything that we needed. It was quite a ways to the airport as well as her appointment/hospital/imaging etc but we rented a car so no big deal. The neighbourhood is quiet and close to walking trails so took them everyday. The garbarator quit and the hosts were quick on resolving the issue, even though it wasn't critical. Would recommend to anyone and would stay again if in the area.

5 Star Property

I recently spent a week at this property. I would highly, highly recommend this house to anyone wanting to rent in this area. First off, it's in a super quiet neighborhood. Second, the house was super clean and well maintained. The beds are all very comfortable as well as the pillows and comforters/blankets. Loved that the Master bedroom was on one side of the house and other three bedrooms were on the other side of the house. Lots of privacy for everyone. All rooms have wall mounted TVs and overhead fans for more comfort. The kitchen is stocked with all kitchenware, utensils, and dishware that a family would need. And having a garage to park in each night was an added bonus. Friends who visited me at the house during my stay, were equally impressed with the house and the property. Didn't get to used, but in the backyard there is a grill for BBQing if one wants to. Back porch is a great place to sit and relax and converse with friends. All around, an A++++ experience. Thank you again.
