It was a pleasure to have you as guests. We are pleased that you could beneficiate of the location and all the surrounding beauty of nature. It is unfortunate that the AC in one of the room was malfunctioning during your stay. It is important that our guests are the most comfortable. I hope that the ceiling fan and opened windows at night were sufficient to establish a cool breeze. We understand your need and we thank you to have promptly reported this matter to our house manager. Since then, the AC device in the guest room has been repaired. Regarding the late check-in, our house manager could have wait for your arrival until 9 PM. Your flight was arriving very late at night and driving down 3 hours to the villa in the middle of the night was hazardous and jeopardizing your safety. It was wiser to get a good night sleep in SJO. It is our policy to give access to the villa with our house manager's supervision to review the house functioning and provide you with touristic recommendations. Thank you again and we are looking forward for your next visit.
