Casa nueva, brillante y soleado, en una excelente ubicación. Muy bien amueblada. Primer piso es amplio y abierto con una gran cocina / comedor. Mostradores de granito, electrodomésticos de gama alta, y una isla con taburetes seis asientos - además de asiento de la tabla de 8. Abrir amplia sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana y consola de juegos Wii para los días de lluvia o noches tranquilas. Primera planta dormitorio principal con gran baño privado y vestidor (cama de matrimonio). Un área de lavado y medio baño completan este piso.

El segundo piso tiene un gran segundo dormitorio principal con baño completo. La sala contiene una cama de matrimonio y una cama doble con cama nido. Dos dormitorios más están también en esta planta, que comparten una sala de baño. Un dormitorio tiene una cama matrimonial y otra con dos camas individuales. Todos los muebles nuevos y electrodomésticos en 2005. Cocina y baños totalmente moderno.

Muy bien ajardinado patio grande con ducha al aire libre y cubierta. Disfrute de todo el encanto de Nantucket incluyendo hermosas hortensias en flor y rosas de playa en torno a la cubierta y patio. Un montón de aparcamiento en la calle en una calle tranquila sin salida privado.

Perfect Surprise Getaway

From the 1st communication until the last one , everything was superior. I would book this place in a heartbeat again. Everything was well noted , from check in to check out. Just a bike ride away to do everything in town. 10 ’s Book it now! Host was phenomenal!!! Best experience so far since I been on vrbo. If you read this keep up the great job , excellent work. Great house and host

Well appointed house in a great area. Large yard for the kids to play in, nice deck for outdoor meals, well appointed kitchen and nice bedrooms. We went with our two boys and the house was wonderful. Would return and rent again!

Great home

Great house for families. Two large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms were perfect for the parents and grandparents. The other two bedrooms with shared bathroom was great for our teens. Nice private back yard with great deck and grill for outdoor meals. Fully equipped with beach chairs and all the comforts one could need.

Felt Like Home Away From Home

Lovely property and one of our favorite times in Nantucket. The homeowners made the house extremely comfortable. Our family enjoyed using the bikes to go to Cisco (beach about 15 minutes/brewery about 5-7 minutes by bike). Beach chairs and toys for the children were also all available along with yard games. We used the grill multiple times and enjoyed time lounging on the deck and in the backyard with the dogs. The outdoor shower was also a great touch. Craig was also extremely responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this property.

Great Location

This was the perfect place to stay on Nantucket. The host was thorough in giving recommendations and we were able to walk to grab coffee or lunch each day. A short ride away from downtown and Cisco. We would love to stay again.

Perfect family stay!

We had the best time at Craig’s home. It is perfect for a family. It was clean and in a great central location. Craig made sure we had all of the information and supplies necessary for our stay and provided great recs. The house is fully stocked! We would love to stay again.

There’s a drip in the downstairs master bathtub. It would be nice to have more information about hiking trails. It would be nice to have a cheese grater. We had a really great time! Thank you for sharing your home.

A piece of heaven

Perfect fall getaway

Great house in a perfect location, easy trip to town or mid-island (stop and shop, etc.). Equally great to enjoy the deck/backyard. Craig was very helpful and communicative with tips and info for our stay.

Great house, quiet neighborhood, centrally located

We rented this property last week. The house is spacious, comfortable, and clean. Everything we needed for cooking and entertaining was available. There is also plenty of room outside including the back deck and a private back yard. The location is close to town, and also provides easy access to Hummock Pond Rd and Surfside Rd. Craig, the owner, was very easy to work with and accommodating. He helped us through a scary situation when Hurricane Teddy passed by the island on the day we were supposed to depart, and all boats were cancelled, leaving us potentially stranded on island with a dog and a car. We would stay at this property again, and highly recommend it to others.

Great ACK Rental Getaway!

Rented for a week and had an excellent time! 100% as advertised and described in property description. Backyard space, outdoor deck and shower are definitely underrated as well. Craig (the owner) was fantastic to deal with, respectful as a host and always responded. I would HIGHLY recommend for any size group.

June getaway

We had a fantastic week at 10 Sleep Hollow. The house had everything we needed, was organized and clean. We loved being close to Lady’s beach, and enjoyed family meals on the lovely back deck. The owner Craig was very helpful before and during our stay. Thanks for a wonderful week!

Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful week on Sleepy Hollow! The house is fabulous and like-new, beautifully decorated, comfortable, has a very open/airy downstairs layout and was stocked with everything we needed. The yard is private and spacious and the back patio is very comfortable to relax or enjoy meals. We traveled with 4 adults, 3 young children and a dog and the layout of the house/yard worked perfectly for us. The location is great with close proximity to the beach, farm and brewery and a short drive to town. We've rented a number of houses on the island and this was the best and nicest house...the pictures understate how big and beautiful it is. The owner was a joy to interact with; very responsive and accommodating. We had a great experience and hope to return again next year!

Fantastic family vacation rental

Our group of 6 adults and 3 small children had a fun and relaxing week on the island and couldn't have enjoyed your house more. Your lovely home was perfect for our group and was the nicest house we've rented on the island in the 10 years we've been going. The house had plenty of room, all of the amenities you could think of and a convenient location to Cisco - our favorite Nantucket beach. We hope to return next year! My husband and I left a few items behind and you were so kind to send them back to us so quickly. We really appreciate your hospitality.

My wife and I are busy professionals in the health care and educational fields. We have two wonderful Yellow Labrador Retrievers who enjoy the island's many dog friendly venues - Tuppancy Links, Sanford Farm, and Dionis beach, just to name a few. We've been vacationing on Nantucket for nearly 15 years. We recently made the decision to become home-owners and to share our love of the island and our house with others wishing to enjoy the charms of Nantucket.

We love the quiet, spacious, family friendly features of this newly constructed neighborhood. The quiet streets, large green yards and convenient access to nearly all of the island are great features of Miacomet. The central location offers easy access to town (1.5 miles and a shuttle stop only a few hundred yards away). The house is a 5 minute bike ride from the south shore beaches, Bartlett Farm, Cisco Winery and Hummock Pond. Everything Nantucket has to offer is within easy reach without the crowds and traffic of Town locations. Or jump right on the bike path to Sconset or Madaket!
