Our condo is close enough to all the activities, restaurants, and shopping of Grace Bay yet distant enough to enjoy the privacy and relaxation of our beautiful island. This stylish place is perfect for couples, small families or a group of friends ready to make fantastic new memories.
Diamond 5 is located just minutes away from the flawless white sand and sparkling turquoise waters of Grace Bay Beach. This spacious 1-bed, 1.5-bath has everything you need to feel like at home. Perfect romantic getaway, tastefully designed with an open concept style living/dining area, a spacious master bedroom with the king sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. Queen sofa bed in the living room can accommodate 2 more guests.
Diamond 5 is a non-smoking ground level condo that can accommodate up to 4 guests. Guests can enjoy beautiful pool with a BBQ area and lush gardens of the complex.

A Wonderful Trip!

We had a fantastic time staying here and have so many nice things to say about this trip and this rental! The place was very clean and had everything we needed and it felt very safe. Mark and Kiki were lovely and responded quickly to any questions we had and provided us with amazing recommendations. We would love to come back in the future!

Mark’s Caribbean Diamond Residence

Great property, great space and an even better host. Super clean, everything you need, great washer and dryer and comfy beds! Short walk to the best beach on grace bay (Sunset Beach). Great sand and a couple of small reefs to snorkel.

Excellent stay!

Accommodations were exactly as stated. Very comfortable king size bed. Supply of extra bath linens and beach towels were awesome. We used the pool area every morning and sometimes in the evening, and is right around the corner from the condo. Recommendations for car rental, restaurants/bars, grocery stores, and excursions were very helpful. We had several communications with the owners prior to our stay and had zero trouble with check in/out. We would not hesitate to book the condo in the future.

Great property close to the best beaches

Mark is an outstanding host who takes the extra step to assure your stay is perfect. The hospitality received was 2nd to none. The condo is spacious, exceptionally clean, and fully functional. Our family had a wonderful stay. We highly recommend!

An excellent get away!

Thank you so much for the opportunity to stay at your condo. We had a great time. The photos were accurate and our check-in was seamless! The condo is in a very quiet gated community but close enough to all of the hotels, restaurants, and cafes of Grace Bay. And most importantly for us, it was minutes away from Grace Bay! We hope to be back again very soon!

Great Stay on a Beautiful Island

My wife and I stayed at Mark and Kiki's condo for her annual birthday vacation. Mark was there for our arrival and was very friendly and helpful. The condo is clean and modern, surrounded by lush gardens and a beautiful pool. We felt very safe there. You will need a car to get around. There is plenty of parking. The condo has everything we needed during our stay. As frequent travelers, we highly recommend this place. Jim & Mona

Birthday Getaway

Let me just say the condo was a great time, every need or concern Mark attended to seamlessly. My wife and I were there for my birthday and had a fantastic time, Mark assisted us with car rental that was brought to us at the condo, the check-in process was seamless as well as the check-out. Mark was always just a call or message away and gave great recommendations for food and night life. Every suggestion was spot on, my only wish would be basics in the fridge upon arrival i.e water, butter and cooking oil, however the grocery store is nearby just be prepared for the prices.

Great Accommodations for a Great Getaway

We stayed at this Leeward property in January 2023 for 1 week. Leading up to the trip, Mark and Kiki were incredibly responsive and answered any questions we had prior to our stay in a timely manner. Upon arrival we were met by Mark right on time and given all of the information needed to have a great stay. He provided us with local recommendations of places to go / explore and we enjoyed following his advice. The accommodations were very nice - clean and had all of the needed amenities for a great stay (exactly as shown in the photos online). We highly recommend this rental!

Liked the location

I had only one question before we rented this place..is there a beach umbrella? Was told yes..um no umbrella. A few things to consider.Some kind of welcome info packet that explains how to work the TV, which has no cable connection, only Netflix. Something with the Wi Fi password on it, and info as to how to work the safe.

Lovely Condo and Safe Location

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Our family of 4 had plenty of space and the couch was converted to a bed for us. The couch bed was surprisingly comfortable. The kitchen has all your basic pots/pans and dishes and the unit is clean and tastefully decorated. There are plenty of towels and a washing machine if you want to do laundry. The host was very responsive and addressed all our questions promptly. The host was so kind ahead of our arrival to answer all my questions and even went out of their way to help us secure a car rental. The area is very safe and close to the beach. My kids enjoyed the pool and we spent most days at the beach in the neighborhood. You can walk there in about 8 mins with kids or it is a 2 minute drive. You need to rent a car, but the downtown Grace Bay Area with food and shopping is a quick drive away. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend staying here to family and friends.

This Condo Is A Winner!

The property was well cared for with just about every thing we could need. Our initial check in was a bit confusing as the condo was unlocked but there was no one there to greet us. We had to call our check in contact to have our questions answered . I don’t believe that this is the usual situation as other reviewers have remarked about the owner being there to greet them. The owner, Mark did visit us the following day. He is such a nice guy and proved to be a great help when we inadvertently left something behind after checking out of the condo. Mark went above and beyond to drive to the airport to return it to us. There are many good reasons to rent this condo. The location in an upscale neighborhood is conveniently located close to beaches, shopping and the main grocery store on the island. You will need a rental car. This is not a resort so, is you are a traveler who prefers an all inclusive that you have no desire to leave, this condo would not be for you. On the other hand, if you want to explore different beaches and the many other things Provo has to offer, this is the perfect place from which to do it. This was our sixth visit to TCI and we were very pleased with this condo. The pictures of the condo do not lie and the pool , which we had to ourselves every day, was a delight. We highly recommend Caribbean Diamond Residences! .

What a wonderful place.

Paradise! Mark's property is perfectly situated in Leeward. Sunset & Pelican Beach are within walking distance. It’s very close to great dining - Coco Bistro, Deck, Seven and Infinity. Lots of local amenities and activities - Sun Charters & Big Blue Collective. The space is well designed and thoughtfully planned. They had everything we needed and then some. I would highly recommend this space and this host for a couple looking to get away or reconnect.

Beautiful Place!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The condo is beautiful, clean and has everything you could want or need. Great communication with Mark. The location is 5 minute drive to great restaurants and shopping. Short walk to the beach, pool area was spacious and quiet which we appreciated, security guards on site, very safe residential area. Highly recommend this property!!
