Heron's Glen Beautiful Beachy Home in Gated Golf Community Home
Gorgeous 3 bedroom/2 bath plus den and lanai home located in sought after Premier Heron's Glen Golf & Country Club, North Fort Myers Florida.
All common areas open up to a large screened lanai which overlooks beautiful, park like common ground.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops.
UPDATE: We've recently had the exterior of the home painted white and a new charcoal roof installed. Both front and back lanai's have been painted a crisp, clean white. In addition, we've updated all of the kitchen appliances to stainless steel. Updated pictures to come.
In addition to the award winning, recently renovated 18 hole golf course, the development has tennis, pickle ball, bocce, shuffleboard, a new exercise facility and a large heated swimming pool and hot tub available for your use.
The clubhouse restaurant, which is next to the pool, serves lunch and dinner and has a full service bar. The pool, bar, clubhouse and restaurant have recently been renovated as well.
The community is situated between Fort Myers and Punta Gorda (and airport) and is convenient to shopping and restaurants & many beaches .
All this and a complimentary golf cart!
House must be rented for a minimum of 30 days

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

My family and I all live in St. Louis but are all beach lovers and water babies. I love traveling and being in the warm weather during the cold months of St. Louis. We own a winery & a brewery in Missouri (Wild Sun Winery & Brewery) and I am also a local realtor.
We have 2 children and 3 lovely grand children which I love to bring down to our fun little beachy home.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento
I love the open floor plan and that all back doors open up to the gorgeous lanai which overlooks a tropical garden of common ground. Added bonus, the den is a 3 door slider that opens all the way and the dining room slider does the same. Open the front door up to the screened front lanai and the tropical breezes just blow through the home. I think that's my favorite feature. Of course in the summer months, the AC is welcome LOL!

The fact that all of the main rooms open up to the lanai. That's the first thing I do when I arrive is open the doors and let the breeze flow through the house!
