Packages can be left in the lobby, provided no mailbox key is needed. Note: There is no front desk or doorman.

Essentials provided, including WiFi, Smart TVs, ironing set, laundry facilities, and starter toiletries. Note: Washcloths and kitchen towels are not included.

★ GUEST SCREENING:
A check-in procedure for security and fraud prevention will be conducted.

★ SAFETY:
Committed to your safety, we adhere to CDC cleaning standards and have surveillance cameras for security.

★ EXTRAS:
We offer concierge services to our guests. Wishing to rent a boat, engage a chef, or book a massage? Our concierge can arrange these and more upon your request. We want to clarify that the managing host facilitates these local, third-party services and bears no connection with the property owner. The booking of any optional add-ons signifies the renter's agreement to absolve the property owner of any claims related to these third-party activities. We are pleased to arrange housekeeping during your stay, upon request, and at your cost. We reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.

★ OBSERVATIONS:
Smoking is prohibited on the premises. We request low noise levels after 10pm. Parties and large gatherings are not allowed as per local and owner guidelines.

★ CLIMATE AND BIODIVERSITY:
Our tropical location means year-round warmth. Remember sunscreen and hydration. Despite pest control, local wildlife may be encountered.

* Hours allowed for visits: 8:00 am to 11:00 pm. If you have a guest that needs to stay past 11PM please reach out to us so we can register them with the building.

* You will be given the check in instructions the morning of your arrival, and the check out instructions 24 hrs prior to your departure.

Situated on the narrow stretch of Miami Beach, this apartment resides in a preserved 1950s art deco edifice, enveloped by the tranquil waters of the Indian Creek waterway. Such unique geography allows guests the rare delight of experiencing water on all flanks. A short stroll leads to renowned landmarks like the Faena Hotel and Club LIV.

Mid Beach, a serene segment of the bustling Miami Beach that spans from 24th to 63rd street, offers a contrasting, relaxed ambiance to the lively South Beach. This neighborhood thrives on its quaint eateries and boutique shops, predominantly clustered around the 41st Street district.

Engage with Mid Beach's outdoors; a serene walk along its boardwalk, stretching from 21st to 46th street, promises a rejuvenating escape, melting away urban stresses.

Getting Around:
One block from Collins ave and the beach, there is also citi bike on the corner on Collins, and a bus stop across the street. There is a free trolley that stops there as well.
