The exterior of this home offers under-house concrete parking. A private boardwalk to the shimmering white sand beach and a six-person hot tub provides endless fun for the young and young at heart. An enclosed shower with hot and cold water will greet you after a long day at the beach and a fish cleaning area with a park-style grill and picnic table is perfect to prepare your fresh Florida catch.

An open bright and airy living/dining/kitchen floor plan brings everyone together for coastal living. The well-appointed kitchen enjoys a breakfast bar with seating for four so everyone can gather around the chef. The dining table seats six with gorgeous coastal views and is the perfect location for dinner, games, and puzzles. The living room enjoys a large TV and more views of the expansive Gulf. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
