This beautiful St. George Plantation home in Resort Village offers an amazing location, cheerful coastal decor, lots of space inside and out for your group to spread out and enjoy their Island vacation, and exclusive community amenities including pickleball courts, beach boardwalks, nature trails, bicycle and walking paths, community pools, and fitness center! Located in an exclusive gated community, Between Tides is close to Island shops, restaurants, nightlife, and St. George Lighthouse Museum. And the vibrant arts and culinary scene of Apalachicola is just a short car ride away!

The exterior of this home of home features two large screened porches with ample seating and enjoys direct views of the tropical setting of the large community pool that is at the hub of Resort Village. Additional exterior amenities include under-house concrete parking, covered entry, community boardwalk, enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, fish cleaning area, and park-style grill. The enclosed foyer provides stairs that lead to the floors above. The elevator is available for guest use and provides access to the living area and bedrooms. The washer/dryer is also located on the ground floor.

The open-concept living/dining/kitchen area with soaring ceilings on the first floor is uniquely positioned on two levels providing plentiful communal space as well as privacy in its seating nooks. The living area offers a comfortable sleeper sofa (queen) and a game/second dining table. This living space is surrounded by large windows and overlooks the screened porch, allowing for plenty of natural light and lots of options for seating. The living area offers a TV and DVD collection with cheerful, beachy decor. The whole-house surround sound is provided via a Bluetooth-ready system. The spacious eat-in kitchen is well-equipped and features granite counters and stainless appliances and enjoys views provided by the wall of windows looking out to the screened porch.

Golf carts are not allowed with rentals in the Plantation.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
