My family of 6 had a wonderful stay at the No Snow Here Villa. The property is beautiful, well stocked, and located in a very nice neighborhood of similar homes. It is very close to the beach, which could be easily walked or accessed ever quicker by use of their golf cart. Jessica was an amazing host - super responsive and a wealth of information whenever we had questions or wanted recommendations. We would let her know when we were planning to go to the beach and she would make sure we had our own beach chairs and umbrellas reserved. I highly recommend!

No Snow Here was the perfect place for our family vacation. We stayed at the property in July and loved the spacious interior and outdoor pool area. The house was very clean and exactly matched the pics on VRBO. We also appreciated being a short drive from Grace Bay. We would highly recommend this property!

Just Perfect!

Just back from a family vacation with 2 adult children and their spouses. The house beautifully accommodated 6 people. The outdoor area is great. We loved hanging outside, with the brave amongst us using the pool. The walk to the beach was easy and the golf cart made it even easier for our laziest days. The only thing to note is that the upstairs bathroom is a Jack and Jill and not 2 separate en-suite bathrooms. There is a full bath outside which was nice for those who love an outdoor shower. Otherwise the unit is just as described. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked. The check out process was the easiest ever! Jessica, the house manager/host, was incredible. She provided great contacts for everything from restaurants to boat trips to a private chef and how to prestock the unit.

Fun in the sun

My family and I stayed at No Snow Here for a week in February, and we had a wonderful time. The house was clean and spacious and was just as described. Our point person, Jessica, provided useful resources prior to arrival and was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We loved our proximity to the beach and took daily trips to the nearby beach on foot and in the golf cart. Many thanks to our hosts for a wonderful stay!

The villa was exactly as it looked on VRBO. It is spacious, well organized and equipped. The interior is light and beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The outside pool, BBQ and lounging areas were equally as good! Close to an amazing beach and amenities in Grace Bay. We would certainly recommend it to anyone and would come back again. It is very well run by very nice and efficient people. No negatives!

Paradise

The property was beautiful and had all the right stuff to accommodate our party of 6 for the week! The neighborhood is safe and secure. Wendy was very friendly and helpful. The mattresses were too soft for our preference but No Snow Here offered the perfect mix for our vacation. An unpleasant surprise upon our arrival to Turks and hitting the grocery store from the airport to find no liquor sold on Sundays. Plan accordingly.

Great Stay

The house was as advertised. The property manager met us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the property. It’s a 1 minute golf cart ride to the beach access and they provide chaise lounge chairs and an umbrella for daily use on the beach. The pool was a bit chilly as it was cloudy & rainy the first few days we were there, but it was clean. The house had all the necessary things for a comfortable stay. We would definitely return.

Loved It

No snow and no shortcomings at this villa. Location, furnishings, kitchen, pool, layout, all perfect. Security, golf cart, beach, all outstanding. Thanks to Brita and Jessica for being timely and giving us just the right amount of attention. We're hoping to get back for a longer stay next time.

Amazing experience!

Our family (age range between 2-65) had the most wonderful stay at No Snow Here. The backyard space was beautifully landscaped and we loved how private and safe it felt. There were so many outdoor zones to utilize. The pool was a bit chilly but we assumed that was because of some cooler weather the week prior. With the beach just being a short walk or golf cart ride away, we spent lots of time swimming in the beautiful ocean. The house was well equipped and the property managers were very quick to respond and assist with any inquiries we had. We hope to come back again soon to this lovely home in such a great location.

This villa has everything you can dream of!

I just spent 5 nights at No Snow Here and I cannot rave about it enough. It is such a beautiful villa with every amenity you can think of (even unexpected ones like workout equipment- mats and weights). The house is well maintained and clean. The concierge, Jessica was a great help if we had any minor issues and was prompt (such as locking the safe unintentionally). It felt spacious for me and 5 other friends. We enjoyed our time dining outside and hanging out at the pool. We loved how close the beach was to the villa as well, it was a quick 5 minute walk or an even quicker golf cart ride. The beach closest to the house is great, you get the blue of Grace bay because it’s a continuation of it but the privacy of a quieter more secluded beach. I’ve stayed in TCI 3 other times and this villa really has it all. I cannot recommend it enough and am so happy I chose Sunset villas to rent. Thank you for a most memorable stay!

Fantastic Vacation

My family had a fantastic time at "No Snow Here!" The place truly is better than advertised. The villa is better in person than in the photos and is truly your own private oasis in an otherwise beautiful island. The villas amenities are all top notch and even the finer details such as glasses, plates, pots and pans are all high end and tasteful. We spent most breakfasts and lunches lounging by the pool, indulging in the outdoor covered patio and as someone who likes to cook, I was pleasantly surprised to have high end tools to prepare meals. The furniture and design of the villa made it even more enjoyable. The villa compound felt very secure and having access a short walk down the road to a delightful beach that was never crowded was amazing. The beach is great for walking, swimming and lounging and offers truly beautiful sunsets. Jessica and Brita were a delight to work with and truly made you feel you had access to very professional concierge services should you need them. In short, I think the best recommendation I can give is that my teen children now want me to buy the place!

Excellent in every way!

I’m not usually one for writing reviews, but this definitely deserves my time! This place was PERFECT and exceeded our expectations. Here’s why: - It is exactly as pictured in the listing, but cleaner than anywhere I’ve ever stayed. I could instantly trust the bedding and the showers and the kitchen appliances - yes, even the coffee machine! - Jessica and Brita are incredibly helpful resources that provided car rental, restaurant/grocery, and general recommendations that made our planning infinitely easier. Also we deeply appreciated the added special touches that made our trip memorable- we are thankful for their kindness. - The house is stacked. Everything you might need is there. All types of pots, pans, cookware, grill accessories, plastic food containers, chip clips, toilet paper, beach coolers, tissues, detergents, safes for your personal belongings, all of it. The house also feels secure- full alarm system, gated community, comfortable level of privacy. - Jessica had beach chairs and umbrellas set up for us every day so we had to lug none of it, (and never our cooler either thanks to the golf cart!) which brought us that resort- level convenience. We did not feel crowded at the beach and when we looked out towards the water- that’s all we saw - the water (rather than dozens of other families). Like staring into a screensaver! We definitely plan on coming back to No Snow Here!

Awesome stay in Grace Bay

We are a family of four who vacation in the "Caribbean" regularly. I am very particular about where we stay & have pretty high standards for cleanliness and amenities. First of all, the villa is amazing! It really is exactly as it appears on the listing. The property is well stocked with every utensil you will need. There are plenty of towels as well. The pool was lovely as were the outdoor loungers. I personally couldn't enjoy the outdoors as I would have liked because of the mosquitos. But my husband & sons really enjoyed themselves. We even used the grill a couple of times. There were few (very) minor downsides: 1. We had use of a golf cart -- 2 minute ride to the beach. Quite convenient, but packing up was a pain some days. 2. Food is expensive--groceries are pretty high. There are plenty of items that are just like home which was nice. The benefits: 1. Beautiful villa very near Leeward Beach. The beach is AWESOME! They set up chairs & umbrellas per your request daily. 2. Grace Bay is a great location near everything. 3. We definitely enjoyed some great food (as well as ice cream--Patty Place & Turkberry were our faves). Please do/note: 1. The fish fry each Thursday! Delicious! 2. Omar's (really awesome food--right on the water). 3. Beach photo shoot (book before you arrive)! 4. You need a car (they drive on the left-but it's easy to learn). 5. Travel to other beaches. The water is lovely. 6. Order light groceries to be delivered ahead of your arrival.

Lovely Stay

Sunset villas and No Snow Here is a great experience with easy access to the beach and the Leeward area via golf cart. The villa is clean, well organized, and very comfortable. Jessica was always available to answer any questions and to inquire about beach setup with chairs every day. The location was great, felt very safe, and there was plenty of parking space. We had a great stay!!
