Lujoso condominio frente al mar en New Smyrna Beach

Recientemente renovado, lujoso de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños - 1200 pies cuadrados con vista al mar, playa y piscina. Acceso al elevador - piso superior (6to) (sin vecinos en el piso de arriba). El acceso a la hermosa y famosa playa de New Smyrna está justo al lado de la terraza de la piscina. Situado a sólo una milla y media al sur de Flagler Ave y el centro comercial más popular de New Smyrna incluyendo docenas de restaurantes, tiendas de comestibles, y animado entretenimiento por la noche. A poca distancia de Chases on the Beach, Breakers y el Tiki Bar.

Recientemente hemos remodelado la casa y que es precioso, con vistas directas impresionantes del mar y la playa. Todos los aparatos son nuevos y hay mostradores de granito en la cocina. NUEVA pisos de madera en los dormitorios! Pasamos tiempo allí cuando no está alquilado, por lo que tenemos toallas de playa, sillas de playa, más fresco, vídeos, libros, juegos, etc. para que se sienta más a gusto. Nos acaba de actualizar la ropa de cama, de baño y ropa de cama en las dos suites (incluyendo sábanas de hilo 800!) NUEVA cama king con almohada superior y acabamos de agregar un televisor de pantalla plana de 38 '. El segundo dormitorio tiene 2 NUEVAS camas queen con pillow-top y un DVD / VCR / TV. El gran tamaño habitación familiar tiene una nueva sección más un nuevo tamaño completo sofá cama, reproductor de DVD / VCR / TV y que acaba de agregar un televisor de 48' pantalla plana. También hay WiFi gratuito en el condominio de playa. Si necesita seguro, Internet de alta velocidad, que está disponible para un $ 20 adicionales (estancias mensuales será más)

We loved it!

Everything was wonderful. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the ocean and the pools. What a nice surprise to have a heated pool. The living space was great for our family. We will definitely come back for another vacation!

Fabulous unit in beautiful building

My first time using VRBO and it was such a breeze. The communication was great and the condo was beautiful and spotless. Memories are included in the price and can be kept forever….which is nice! Thank you and we cant wait to return.

Wonderful location, beautiful views

No complaints other than the absence of paper products. So be prepared and bring your own toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. Gas grills by the pool were a great perk.

Amazing beach view from awesome condo

Communication leading up to vacation was amazing. All details provided. Checkin was seamless and it helps that there is a keyless entry w a code so you can go straight to condo! Amazing when you have kids!!! Views from the condo of the beach and pool are spectacular. Condo was very clean. Owner was efficient at communicating and answering text message questions when needed during our stay! Highly recommend.

Perfect getaway

We loved our stay! The condo is just as described. The location is convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and right on the beach. The condo is well stocked in kitchen items, beach items (which we didn’t use, but it’s there), extra towels, trash bags, etc. The beds slept comfortably. Plenty of seating in the living room. The balcony had a beautiful view and we loved the chairs. The pool and pool area was very clean and cleaned each morning. Overall it was a great condo, location and experience! We will definitely be back! Cindy was wonderful to answer questions, and respond quickly.

Fantastic

Everything was clean and exactly as advertised. The set-up of the condo is fantastic. Guessing the architect that designed the development, started from the beach and work backward from there, making sure that unless you are in one of the bedrooms (in the back of the unit), the ocean is the feature. When you cook, the ocean is in your face. When you watch TV, the ocean is in your face. When you pour a drink, its while you are looking at the beach. From a logistical standpoint, the check in process could not have been easier and the owner (Cindy) was proactive and responsive. Thanks, Cindy!! We would stay here again, in a heartbeat.

Loved our stay!

After reaching a previously-booked place on the Gulf side and encountering a horrendous red-tide situation, we decided to leave there and look for a different place to spend our vacation time. We found this condo, and were able to book for a Monday-Saturday stay at the last minute. We had never been to New Smyrna Beach before, and were pleasantly surprised with the area. The condo was very nice and stocked with essentials, including beach toys for the younger members of our group. It had enough space in the living area to let everyone relax together after a day at the beach and pools. The grounds and pools were well-maintained, and we appreciated the security measures. Our request of the condo management, like at least one other reviewer mentioned, would be to install bathrooms near the pools - would be SO helpful! The beach was a nice depth (not too far to walk to the water), and the small amount of shells left our feet thankful. We're talking about returning to New Smyrna for our next trip. So glad your unit was available - thank you for your hospitality!!

Lovely condo in New Smyrna

The property and condo were well maintained. The elevators can be a bit unreliable, but the unit is between two, so it was never truly an issue. Cindy was always easy to reach whenever we had questions.

Amazing Oceanfront Stay

Beautiful condo with picture perfect views. Cindy’s home was well equipped, extremely clean and Cindy was delightful to interact with. The Pelican is perfect distance to all the restaurants in NSB while still being in a relaxing atmosphere. Great walking on the beach and in the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay in NSB

We had a wonderful experience at this property. The unit was as advertised. A nice layout, a spacious living room with wide views of the ocean, a pleasant balcony with plenty of seating, comfortable bedrooms, and a closet full of beach accessories. The location within NSB was great, just minutes away from local grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. The condo's general amenities were also great, with two large pools, shuffleboard courts, and great beach access. Finally, we had a nice experience with the owner, who successfully accommodated our stay with little lead time and kept in communication with us to make sure everything worked out. Great stay!

My family has been coming to New Smyrna Beach for years. As my children grew up, this as the place we would always visit. It is family friendly and a nice quaint little town. Our dream was always to own a condo here since we visit often - you will love it here!
