This property is a perfect get-a-way situated between Holland, Grand Haven & Grand Rapids right on Lakeshore Dr. Our home sits up in a hill overlooking a beautiful 6 acre pond. You will feel as though you are at your own personal resort with private heated indoor pool & 6 person sauna.

Your family will enjoy lounging on the front deck by the pool and taking a quick dip in the water, too. The rec room offers a pool table, ping pong table & mini shuffleboard. One of the things we enjoy most about our home is preparing a delicious meal and sitting at the table, on the back deck, which overlooks the pond, taking our time enjoying the food, view & company.

We ask that you respect our neighbors with quiet time between 10pm & 8am. We love our neighbors, so make sure that when we return, we will get good reports about our guests! Thank you!

NOTE: As of December 2025, we have one exterior security camera facing the driveway, pointing away from the home, that is used during winter and spring months to monitor the weather for keeping the driveway safe for our guests. There are no other cameras or monitoring devices on the property nor in the home.

Great place to stay for (multiple)families. Tons of space, large tables for puzzles and eatings. Lots of amenities including puzzles, games, toys for young kids, ping pool table, pool table and our kids favorite the indoor pool. Kayaking across the pond was also fun.

Wonderful Family Vacation

The entire family had an incredible time enjoying all of the fun things this property had to offer. Plenty of comfortable spaces and things to do. The onsite swimming pool was a big hit and made for a very memorable experience for our kiddos. Great host family and the location is spectacular. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

It was the perfect house for our family ! We all loved the pool, the beach at Kirk park and watching the sunset at Koui Park. There was so much space for everyone . Wonderful memories made !

Family Fun

This vacation exceeded our expectations. The house was even larger than we thought. Lots of fun things to do. Lots of fun areas for various family members to interact. We also love the area being close to Holland Michigan and not far from Grand Haven.Everyone said they would like to come there again!

Ideal setup for families with young children

We had multiple families with children from 1-7 staying with us and this home was perfectly set up for all ages. We loved the indoor pool and the large selection of puzzles and games at the house. The pond and kayaks were a great bonus if the property, and access to Lake Michigan was also very easy. Jennifer was a great host and was incredibly responsive. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Amazing house!

This house is so spacious, and perfect to accommodate the 1 year old, 4 year old and 8 year old we had with us! Toys everywhere for the kids and so many fun things for the adults. The kids swam every day, adults fished in the pond, and everyone had plenty of space to relax. Wonderful house, great communication with the host as well.

Family Gathering

We needed a place for cousins and our college- aged kids to make some memories before the kids head back to school in the fall. This place was perfect—so much to do in the house—the indoor pool was a BIG hit and plenty of group spaces so when we adults were ready to call it a night, the young adults could hang out without disturbing anyone in need of sleep. We also took quick trips to Downtown Holland, Holland State Park. Great location! Great house! Great trip!

Wonderful stay and great host!

We visited as a family of 8 adults and 1 child. We all were very comfortable and had plenty of space for together time and alone quiet time. The house had so much for kids that it was a shame we only had 1 toddler because it’s equipped with a lot of fun things for kids including books and toys. We loved how close it was to holland and grand haven for shopping and fun activities. Our host was very communicative and very quick with questions asked. We would definitely come back and stay here again! Thanks so much for the great memories made :)

Wonderful place for a Mini reunion!

This location is perfect for a group of friends/family. There is plenty of room and much to do! The kitchen is well-stocked with spices and seasoning and equipment. The water is well water but they have filtered water available on each floor so there is no need to bring any. The hosts are gracious and accommodating. We would love to revisit this location!

We home educate them and, needless to say, we stay very busy with church activities, schooling, community events, & just out enjoying life together. Our personalities show in our West Olive home as we live in it a little over half of the year.
