Hermoso e inmaculado Oceanside Duplex! A solo unos pasos de la playa!

Oceanside duplex en la zona de Beach Haven Beach Haven con todo lo necesario para una gran familia de vacaciones !!! Estamos a sólo 8 casas de la playa ya un corto paseo de muchos restaurantes y tiendas. Ubicado en una calle tranquila en Haven Beach a solo 1 cuadra (ver mapa) frente al mar, nuestra casa duerme 6 y cuenta con 3 habitaciones, 1 completo y 1 medio baño; aire acondicionado; plan de piso abierto; cocina grande; gran habitación familiar y comedor; grandes duchas al aire libre con vestidor. Inmaculada y recién pintada por dentro y por fuera! 1er piso completamente renovado y hermoso! Echa un vistazo a las fotos! Excelente para los niños. Un montón de aparcamiento. NO SE ADMITEN y no fumar. Hora de entrada es 14:00 y la salida es las 10 horas. Tarjetas de playa están incluidos como cortesía a nuestros clientes.


Beach Haven destacados: Beach Haven es el hogar de varios lugares de interés, entre ellos el único parque de atracciones en la isla: Isla de la Fantasía, off-Broadway teatro musical en vivo de calidad: Surflight teatro, al estilo cabaret sing-a-tu entretenimiento postre: Showplace Ice Cream, Bay Village Shopping Center, Isla de los Museos de Long Beach y muchas tiendas y restaurantes exclusivos, incluyendo restaurante de Tucker, señalaron en Filadelfia Magazine como el número uno restaurante en Long Beach Island. Clean, Comfortable and Excellent Location!

We could not have been happier!! We stayed the same week as the owners, Kerry and Bryan who were wonderful and super responsive. We stayed on the 2nd floor--which was immaculately clean and comfortable. Everything is very bright and airy. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for 6. Even the outside shower was very roomy and clean. The house is 12 away from the beach and is walkable to many restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay there again!

Our overall experience at Kerry's property was very enjoyable!

From the moment we inquired about this property, to and through after check-out, our communication with Kerry and the week's stay couldn't have been better. The duplex is in a nice location, just 8 houses to the beach (3 min walk), close to restaurants, shopping, bike rentals and more. We rented the bottom of the two units (though they're virtually identical), and we enjoyed having the covered deck during the hot late afternoon for cocktails and conversation. It was ample space for the four of us; me, my wife, 17 year old daughter and 20 year old son. The kitchen is well stocked, comfortable family room to watch our Mets kick butt and the extra .5 bath was a nice bonus as compared to most other similar sized rentals. We would definitely rent this property again and trek back home to the Jersey Shore next summer. The only suggestion I'd make is to perhaps upgrade the twin mattresses, the kids suggested that, or maybe upgrade one of those two rooms to a queen for more flexibility. But certainly not a deterrent. Kerry, you are awesome, thank you for sharing your house with us. Talk with you down the road. -Rich in Draper, UT

We had a great time at Kerry's wonderful LBI property! It was everything we expected and we had such a fun week. The location was perfect! Can't wait to plan the next trip to LBI with the kids in the years ahead!!

Great place - highly recommend!

My partner and I had never been to LBI, and we found this place through HomeAway and have to say it was wonderful. Prior to our visit, Kerry was so helpful and welcoming. It was like we were going to stay with friends. Then the place is a great location, walking distance to the beach and eating and shopping. The inside was very clean, had plenty of space, great balcony to hang out on, and a good community of people around. We look forward to staying there again.

Lovely rental with everything you need.

We have enjoyed this rental home for 8 or more summers. There have been upgrades just about every year. Now there are 2 outside showers, the laundry is in the new garage and there is central air in the lower unit. The space is bright, cheery and welcoming to vacationers. Always clean and neat with comfortable furniture which has been tastefully chosen. Can't imagine we would stay any other place!

Gold standard rental

Just a wonderful well appointed rental. No negatives, all positives. Our accommodation(lower floor) had been upgraded to central a/c during the transition of raising the house. The weather cooperated for the most part during our stay. Kerry is a very attentive, caring owner who followed up after our arrival. All in all a VERY pleasant experience and we will be returning.

We had a great stay!

Just returned from our week at this home. It was a wonderful experience. Loved the new outdoor shower. We never used the one indoors! The second bathroom was a plus. Appreciated the well-appointed kitchen, as we eat many of our meals at home. The second floor deck always had a nice breeze, even on very hot days. The proximity to the beach was key. The location was ideal. We have previously stayed in Surf City, and our friends stay in Beach Haven, which is a bit too crowded for our liking. This location was ideal because it was half way between both. The owner was responsive and easy to work with.

Great house, great location, great landlord!

My family of four (mom, dad, two 7-year olds) rented the upper unit of this house for a week in July. It was a great experience all the way around. The pictures and description of the home are accurate, and the house is in a very convenient location --- close to the ACME, restaurants and shops. The beach is just down the street from the house, but I recommend using a beach cart if you have a bunch of gear to tote down there. Kerry was super nice to deal with; very professional and friendly. My questions were answered quickly and our security deposit was returned right on time. I highly recommend this house. We are looking forward to a return visit!

Wonderful 3-bdrm 2nd fl apt, just 1 block to beach

Wonderful experience. Nice, quiet beach block, 2nd fl. unit. has 3 bdrms + 1.5 baths. Clean, well-equipped, 6 beach badges, A/C, front porch is great for sitting in afternoon and evening b/c the sun is "gone" by noontime. Very gracious and helpful owner. I highly recommend. Location is less than 1 block to beach, w/ Nardi's and Blue Water Cafe within walking distance. Terrific location, near Acme, WaWa, etc.

PERFECT, CLEAN, COZY, AND COMFORTABLE

My Wife and I spend a lot of our travel times using time share properties. We always go for top of the line locations and facilities. This condo met all of our needs and desires: two units; one block to the beach; grocery store(s) nearby; restaurant(s) within one to five minutes; 200 feet off the main thoroughfare; quiet; fully equipped; uplifting, comfortable and relaxing decor; very modern; adequate space, closets and dressers; large kitchen; big porch; outdoor showers; laundry; plenty of parking; very clean. As usual, you will need bed linens, towels, etc. Long Beach Island has plenty of things to do and see. If you have children, check out the Lauren Rousseau Playground - Where Angels Play, dedicated to our Niece at 68th Street. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would also recommend it to anyone, especially families who want to be together but not be falling all over each other. Jim and Vicki N.

Cozy house steps from the beach

Wonderful house with fantastic location! Quick walk to the beach, or nice flat bike ride to anywhere on the island. Our family filled both the top and bottom units which was comfortable as well as convenient. Both rentals have everything you'll need for a wonderful stay. It was a pleasure working with the owners as well - great communication and very professional.

Wonderful location! Perfect for families!

Great beach house! We stayed in the bottom unit which appeared to be recently remodeled with a beautiful kitchen, nice bathrooms and comfy furnishings. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, utensils, cookware, etc (great for family meals). The open floor plan was nice for spending time together and the décor throughout the house felt very "beachy." Just minutes to the beach and close to lots of places to eat. Enjoyed Long Beach Island. Everyone extremely friendly. Be sure to visit the new playground honoring Lauren Rousseau, one of the teachers who died at Sandy Hook.

Labor Day Weekend in LBI

This year our family decided to take a few days over the Labor Day weekend and visit LBI. For some of us, it was our first trip. Our family consisted of 2 boys (17 & 11) and our daughter (15). We needed to find a three bedroom home, that would comfortably accommodate all of us, was nice and clean, and most importantly close to the beach. We were lucky enough to find a piece of heaven at this home!! The house was welcoming (including tasty homemade cookies and Jersey shore taffy that our oldest son inhaled), clean, spacious, and very close to the beach! We couldn't ask for anything more. We rented the 2nd floor which had a wonderful deck which allowed us to enjoy the ocean breeze at night and take in the stars and night sky. The owners were also there during our stay, and were a lovely family, and offered helpful information on the surrounding area. One of the other spectacular things about the home aside from its proximity to the beach, is how close it is to the downtown area of Beach Haven. Finally, the home owners showed us how caring they were, when they graciously hunted down our daughters retainer that we had inadvertently left at the beach. Hope to return next summer!! Thank you for allowing us to rent your peace of heaven at LBI!!

A Great Week At The Shore

I haven't been to LBI in over 20 years so this summer my wife and I decided to take the kids down for a week of fun in the sun. We came across Kerry's house and it seemed like it would be a good fit for us. From the moment we started communicating with Kerry about our trip she was courteous and responsive. We made our plans and prepared for our trip. When we arrived the house was spotless and even nicer than it appears in the photos. It's in a great location with a short walk to the beach and a couple of nearby restaurants (try the Blue Water Grill!). Our downstairs neighbors were also wonderful and completely understanding when our kids (3.5 and 1.5 years old) were up at 6AM our first morning (they slept until 9AM the rest of the week - thank goodness for the sun and beach!). And, Kerry's professionalism didn't end when we checked out. It turns out we left a couple items behind and Kerry made sure they were located and returned to us. Overall, I couldn't recommend Kerry and her home in Beach Haven any more. A really super trip.
