Great place. Very comfortable. Perfect for our stay. Centrally located in North Austin and the house was equipped with all the amenities we needed, including coffee! Would most definitely use this place again for my next stay in Austin.

This place is very cute and cozy! Love the backyard (was not completely closed in) games, lighting, and had everything we needed. Kitchen well stocked and comfy beds and couch. Pets comfy too. Parking in front was an issue if we returned after 5. One of the cutest and comfy places we have stayed.

each room was thoroughly cleaned. Bathrooms were very clean. The kitchen dining and living room area were very put together and cleaned. It just gave home altogether. The backyard was an experience, I love the light. I love the built-in speaker. I love everything about this house.

Very easy check in. Smelled and looked very clean at check in. Great large TVs and easy parking. Would have liked a few more cooking supplies, but otherwise a good experience and quick responses from host. Would rent again.

We had a great experience. Everything was clean and ready upon check in and there were even complimentary beverages in the fridge up on arrival which was quite the nice touch and greatly appreciated after a long road trip. The neighborhood was quiet and street parking was easy to come by with a parking pad out back if needed. My only complaint would be that there isn't an exhaust fan in either of the bathrooms. Smells and humidity flows from the bathrooms. but we quickly learned to open the bathroom windows which really helped. Thanks for a great stay!

Great stay!

Very nice house and affordable too. Everything was as described and the communication was great also. Close enough to all the things but not too close either so the traffic was not crazy. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe.
