Nestled in quiet neighborhood, this spacious modern guest home (1399 sq ft) has all the amenities to make it feel just like home. Filled with light, well-curated, and close to Lake Pleasant, Vistancia, hiking, biking trails, golf, shopping, restaurants and more this home makes for an unforgettable visit.

Nestled in quiet neighborhood, this stand alone guest house has its own private entrance and plenty of parking in the front. The beautifully landscaped backyard includes outdoor furniture, a kid's playset, and a chicken coop filled with chickens. Both bedrooms have doors that lead to the back patio with a gas grill, outdoor bistro table and chairs.

We are excited to welcome you to our guest house. We live right next door, so please don't be a stranger and let us know what we can do to make your visit amazing!

This casita tops the charts for design, comfort, cleanliness, accommodations and owner quality. Leah has gone to great lengths to ensure a great experience. It’s quiet, beautifully designed and has everything you need - fully stocked kitchen, extra linens, towels, bath supplies and a phone call away from anything else you need.

We had a great stay! This is such a welcoming home in a lovely neighborhood with a great backyard. It's very clean and well-stocked to meet your needs, with kind and friendly hosts. This was our second stay and we hope to return again next year!

Great rental!

This rental is a casita or guest house on the same property as the owner's main house. It was really close to activities (Lake Pleasant, dirt biking) we were doing on the west side of Phoenix during our stay, so the location was great. Check-in was a breeze. Before we arrived, I received a message from the owner through VRBO giving me the code to open the front door. The property was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Even though the owners were in the home on the same property, we never saw them and never had a need to contact them.

Best place to stay in Peoria!

One of the best VRBOs we’ve ever stayed at. The house and property were beautiful and stocked with everything you could need. Incredibly quiet and peaceful. Restaurants and shopping were close and convenient. Leah was an amazing host. Readily available without ever feeling “watched” and incredibly responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed the pickleball court and watching the chickens and bunnies in the yard. This will be our new home base every time we visit Phoenix!!

Beautiful inside and out

Loved the location even though it was further from our family for the family reunion, we would stay again. It’s a beautiful part of the area and the neighborhood felt safe and private. The decor inside was modern and higher end decisions and a bed so comfortable it was hard to wake up. The host was friendly and communicated well. Hope you enjoy your stay!

Splendid Stay! The space is spectacular with everything we needed for a happy time. Comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, fluffy towels, coffee bar, 2 TV’s, WiFi, and parking at the front door. The outdoor space and neighborhood are wonderful. We loved all the native trees, plants, cacti and succulents. Light-filled, quiet and peaceful with only the sound of hot air balloons floating above us- We will definitely return!

Wonderful Stay

Leah was a pleasure to work with. She was very attentive and made sure if we needed anything, to just text here. The house/kitchen is very well stocked. We especially loved sitting out on the back patio late afternoon with a glass of wine watching the hot air balloons go up to watch the sunset. The neighborhood is very quiet which was nice. Easy access to grocery stores, a target and restaurants. Overall a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Leah.

Will stay again!

Modern, clean, well appointed. Beautiful linens, great bedroom spaces. Even a laundry room. We travelled with my 91 yr old mother and everything was easily accessible for her. Had great communication with the owner and enjoyed the backyard space. Have already recommended it to family and will definitely be back!

Lovely, comfortable, perfectly clean, new. Everything was provided to make ourselves at home. Owner, Leah, is very welcoming and accommodating. Convenient to everything we wanted to do in the Phoenix area. We VRBO a lot all over the US, Hawaii and recently in Canada, this is on my list of top 3 stays. Husband agrees.

We were here for my sons baseball. It was great to have a relaxing nice place to stay in between games and the location was great for the games. The hosts were absolutely perfect.

We rented this VRBO to go to the Peoria Sports Complex for a Padres Spring Training game. It was perfect. We’ll be back and would highly recommend to others going to a game.

Do you need space to stretch out your legs, make a great meal or work from home? This modern, private guest house is well planned with a large living room with a 55 in flat screen smart tv, comfy sectional to seat 6, and a dedicated desk for work. The kitchen is fully stocked with a gas stove, full sized fridge over and kitchen island. The kitchen island is well lit with Restoration Hardware pendants so you have plenty of light and space to eat, drink, work or visit. The primary suite includes a king bed, smart TV, plenty of room to move, black out shades, and a nice chair and table to enjoy your morning coffee or put on your shoes. The primary bath has a roomy shower and a separate bath tub to soak away the stress or clean the dirt off the kiddos. Connected to the primary suite is a huge walk in closet with a washer and dryer, stored pack and play, high chair and any extra linen, blanket, pillow you would need. The second bedroom provides a memory foam queen bed, full sized closet, full length mirror, black out shades, and door to the back patio. Last but not least is the additional bathroom which offers a large walk in shower, natural light, and bright white linens.
