Take a nap in the amazing hammock on the screened porch featuring beautiful teak furniture, or splash in the surf of the Gulf of Mexico and look for shells on the beach. Everything you need, including Island shops, restaurants and nightlife is at your fingertips.

The exterior of this property offers under-house concrete parking, a covered entry, an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, a screened porch, a fish cleaning area, a park-style grill, and the shaded beach access path (located next to the home) allows for easy and direct passage to the sandy white beach!

Stairs in the enclosed foyer provide access to the floors above. The first floor features two well-appointed bedrooms that share the east full bathroom. All bedrooms offer private access to screened deck areas. The second floor of this home offers a beautifully decorated open living/dining/kitchen area with sparkling Gulf views. The living area offers plenty of comfortable seating and a TV, and your group will enjoy making memories as you share meals together at the large farmhouse table. An additional three barstools are along the bar that separates the kitchen from the living area. The spacious kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare beachside feasts. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
