In our welcoming message, we advise our guest to use as much as the driveway as possible, and that on the street parking is allowed for additional vehicles. In regards to our inflatable hot tub, per preference for mobile purposes, is new and is re-purchased every year to assure a seamless experience. I'd like to note that my team and I state often in our replies that we are available 24 hours, and should you have any questions or concerns to please reach out to us. We are here to assist with any needs you may have. Our normal set up for a guest party of 10. Towel set up includes (towels, hand towels, and washcloths): -6 towel sets placed in the downstairs and upstairs linen closets (12 towel sets) -2 towel sets placed on each towel rack of every bathroom (3 full bathrooms, 6 towel sets) -2 extra towels placed in the brunch tray placed on the foot of the bed in the master bedroom (2 towels) -Total of 20 towels Again, I'd like to say if you required any assistance, we were here and eager to provide a solution. Our washer and dryer are both facilitating properly. Our cleaning team utilizes the same appliances to clean all soiled linen and towels to prep for our next guest. As for our community pool, our guests are welcome. However, all guest must be accompanied by our property resident and/or host to gain entry. Guest would have to reach out to host. No pool key left at the property for pool. I'm not sure where the disconnect lies, but somewhere, there was a failure to communicate. You and your guest also failed to comply with our house rules by having more guests than what you provided in your details. Another being you never having any mentions or notations in your booking details that promitted a dog on the property. However, you chose to have one anyway. We attempted to communicate this concern via message as well as send a request for payment ($150 pet fee/ per pet/per stay, noted in our account details), both in which you neglected to acknowledge. Pet fee is still unpaid. Although we welcome our furry friends as stated in our property profile, we undergo different cleaning processes, that would require a deeper cleaning in preparations for our next guest. Presentation, Communication, Professionalism, Resolution, and Respect, are some of our key principles, and we stand by these 100%.
