Beautiful beach front home

This house is available for winter rentals on Minot beach in Scituate, MA.

4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Master bed includes king and full bathroom. Open kitchen overlooks a large family room as well as a second living space. Spacious deck with a breathtaking private view of the beach.

Please note that during this time, the stairs will NOT be down but the beach is fully accessible via a public opening about 600ft away. During times of severe weather, the house will be boarded to protect the home as it is directly on the water.

Although this is the full home, there is a basement apartment that may or may not have tenants. There is no shared space or shared access.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home directly on the beach in Scituate. Watch the sunrise over the ocean and set across the street over the pond. Home was clean, very well appointed, and just as shown online. Kitchen has everything one could need to prepare meals for friends & family. Host is friendly and helpful,

Cozy stay

Great spot to cozy up with friends and family. Friends and I spent a weekend here to celebrate another friends wedding and we didn’t want to leave!

Lovely stay

We were there for a family wedding, but needed a space to spread out as we had a toddler who was not going to the event. The house is lovely, right on the water, and clean and spacious with plenty of room. I wish we had had more time to enjoy it!

Quick weekend visit to Situate. Perfect location with amazing ocean view. The weather didn't cooperate this visit. House was neat and clean as described, I'll visit in the summer months next time.

We expected a good experience but this was outstanding!

Everything about this home was terrific - the location was at the beach and away from the traffic, the size was spacious and comfortable for us all, the gas stove warmed the home quickly, the kitchen was stocked with essentials, and there were extra blankets and towels available if needed. We live on the coast of Maine but this was the first time that I had ever heard the sound of the waves crashing on the sea wall and then retreating back into the ocean across the beach stones. We stood on the deck on a dreary day for a long time listening.

Perfect Wedding Weekend House!

We stayed here as guests to a nearby wedding and it was perfect! Close to the venue, ample space and amenities. The view is spectacular and even though it was too cold to sit outside, we enjoyed the deck plenty. Thank you for hosting! We didn't want to have to leave!

Amazing House and Location!

We cannot say enough about our stay. It was for sad reasons we came to Scituate but the host made us feel welcomed and the house was everything we hoped it would be and more. The ocean, oh my gosh, and the massive deck to sit and enjoy it with all the beauty. My family and I were sad to leave. Do not hesitate to stay here, you won’t regret it. We hope to be back one day beautiful beach front home!!

Exceptionnel environnement

Every year, my two sisters, my mother and I stay go for a girls trip by the sea. Jackie's house is beautiful, comfortable, well equipped and the view sublime. We loved our stay. The sea is at our feet and the sound of the waves rock us at night. Jackie has always responded quickly to our requests. We recommend without hesitation.

Gorgeous secluded area

Great quiet neighborhood with no traffic. We basically had the beach to ourselves with just the occasional couple strolling by. The kids loved it and we ate every meal on the deck overlooking the water. Can't get any better than that. It is a steep walk from the deck to the beach, so little ones do need a hand to hold. The beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed.

The perfect location and home for family

What a spectacular view and the location was perfect! The house had everything we needed for family meals, conversation spaces, and of course sleeping. There was a huge deck with plenty of seating and a gorgeous view of the ocean. Jackie was very communicative throughout reservations, access, and checkout. We look forward to our next visit!

Highly recommend!!

The house was beautiful, location beautiful. People around the immediate area were friendly and welcoming. The host was fantastic! The house had plenty of space for all of us. Everything was so perfect we started making plans for summer. We are all between 30 & 40 and had a fantastic time. First time I can honestly say no complaints about anything. Thank you so much to the host for being so accommodating, polite and helpful. I would recommend to everybody!

Perfect Harbor Getaway

Beautiful views from a on the coast location. Great house with plenty of space and amenities. Conveniently located to the commuter train to Boston and a short drive to Plymouth. Locals are very friendly and food is great. I came for the sunrises and I wasn’t disappointed. My only ask is to ensure the steps were set up to go down to the beach.

My name is Jackie Mayer and along with my husband Steve Mayer and my parents, we own this beautiful oceanfront home. Our love of Scituate started a generation prior when my father's family purchased a home here. Deep-rooted memories of being in Scituate are what lead us to purchase this home to continue with the next generation, my young children. The quintessential downtown and proximity to stores make Scituate a desirable location for anyone but it's the smell of the ocean, the sound of the waves, and the unadulterated view of the stars that will make you never want to leave. We are happy to be opening our home to others to enjoy as their home away from home. It will have everything you need, from an open kitchen, to linens and towels to wifi but most importantly, you will be able to smell the ocean while sipping your coffee on the deck, listen to the waves while falling asleep and get lost in constellation searching at night. We hope you make the same memories so that you continue to return again and again.
