Unwind on comfy couches streaming your favorite shows on Ultra-High-Def TVs, indulge in home-cooked meals in a fully stocked kitchen, and connect with the crew over a large selection of board games, puzzles, and books. My home is centrally located with pretty much everything you'd want to see or do within a 15-minute drive.

Great proximity to beach

We enjoyed our stay and the convenient proximity to the beach, local grocery and shopping areas. Beds were very comfortable and the decor was pretty cool. Would stay again!

Great place!

Cute, well maintained, and well stocked place! We loved the outdoor patio and backyard. The beds were comfortable. Place was very clean and so reasonable! We had a blast just hanging out, hope to come back here again.

This house was so cozy and clean. It was in a great location as well. The neighbors were friendly and I even caught a yard sale! The beds were comfortable too which is extremely important. Andrew was a great host and I highly recommend this property!

Visiting the family.

Very nice accommodations. My family lives just up the road and usually we get a hotel room. For just a few dollars more I got a whole house with all the comfort of home.

Pleasant quaint house

We enjoyed our stay. The 3 bed/2 bath was perfect for our group of 5. The fenced in backyard was great for our dog. The road out front can get very busy and noisey so watch your pets or small children going out the front. Otherwise, it is an easy place to relax and enjoy.

Enjoy our stay our Yorkies enjoyed the fenced in backyard. Was disappointed that there was no safe place to walk the dogs. But overall enjoyed our stay.

Can’t wait to rent again!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. My husband and I traveled with our dog and wanted a place we could have our family visit and be comfortable. This was great! There is a small but nice back yard for the dog and the house layout was great to entertain two toddlers and several adults. Thank you!!

15 mins away from everything!

The property looks the same as the pictures. The host is super responsive! The house is fully stocked with everything you need and MORE! The location is great! You’re literally 15-20 mins away from the beach or downtown. I would book here again!

Comfortable and relaxing stay!

Came to town for two concerts! The house had everything we needed and ample space. I guess were comfortable in our rooms each with their own TV. Brought pack and play for Daughter and there was enough room in the main bedroom to set up in the closet. Everyone slept great! Would recommend to anyone in the Wilmington area, with this being right off the highway. Will stay again if I am back in town.

Softball getaway

We stayed 4 days for a large softball tourney. It was 8 min from the field which was perfect. We have a truck and the driveway is a bit narrow pulling in, but plenty of space once in. They had everything you need (except a baking sheet lol). Andrew was very responsive and would def stay here again. The beds were so comfy and I’m ordering the same pillows lol.

Being only 15 minutes from either downtown Wilmington or Wrightsville Beach, you're within a short drive of most of the major attractions and points of interest in Wilmington. I grew up about 5 minutes away so I know that area well. There is a list of recommendations in a printed guidebook in the home and I'm happy to share any additional information if you have any questions!
