Modern home

This property was located in a great area to do everything youd like in clearwater and surrounding areas. Its modern, very clean and the host was amazing! We will definitely use this place again next time were in Clearwater 😁

The property is beautiful and is only 10 minutes away from the closest beach! The hosts were lovely and always available if we needed anything, plenty of helpful info everywhere to make the stay easy. The smaller bedroom didn’t have any storage, but it was no issue at all to scoot a nightstand in there from the other bedroom! The TV’s had wifi as well as some apps to enjoy movie time. The kitchen has some really nice amenities including coffee and tea , and the backyard was such a nice place to sit and enjoy our vacation. :))) I must also say throughout the entire stay there was a clean feel. Smelled clean, looked clean, all updated appliances as well that were amazing. 10/10 stay thank you again!!

Home away from home

We stayed for 3 weeks and everything was great! The house is cute and comes with everything! The street is a bit busy but has sidewalks and the neighborhood is quiet. It is very close to Dunedin and close to shopping areas.Nina is a very responsive host and I would rent from her again.

Close to TD park

Nice walk to baseball stadium. Very clean. Just as shown in the pictures. Nina was very easy to work with and wanted to ensure we had a great stay. Great location

Cottage vibe near Dunedin

The interior decor was lovely, and we had everything we needed at our fingertips. Needed a couple more bath towels, but there were beach towels available. The neighborhood wasn’t stellar, but we were really close to Dunedin, which was great. The host was super responsive & informative. The bed was comfy, and we were happy to get to bring our pets along!
