Several of the dishes, pots and pans, silverware, coffee maker etc were dirty, along with the rugs and one of the bedspreads. The couch and ottomans were very dirty with stains.etc.

Property is as advertised and clean. The back yard has many plants and flowers that attract hummingbirds. Good walkable food options, convenient location. Host was great, we enjoyed our stay.

January Stay

We loved this house, it was so cute and clean. It was close to great places to eat and get coffee. There was also a very close grocery store that was amazing. The host provided a list of great places to eat also.

The location is great—very walkable to the beach and great restaurants. It was a comfortable stay for what we were looking for and a really good home base for our adventures. The communication with the owner was also amazing and they let us check in early which we appreciate! A few watch outs: The backyard was not totally as pictured. We tried to repair the corn hole game but couldn’t find power tools. There was also no hammock in the stand. The pillows are flat so if that’s a problem for you, bring your own!

Wonderful little bungalow

Todd’s house was perfect for my stay. It was clean, well appointed and in a wonderful location. Todd was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Would stay there again in the future.

Perfect beach get away!

This house had everything we needed…perfect for our family! The location can’t be beat either. We love the neighborhood. It’s walking distance to the beach as well as some great restaurants in South Oceanside.

Beautiful cottage by the ocean.

So comfortable and enjoyable surroundings. Quiet to sleep and the beds were wonderful. We will keep this one in mind for next time, for sure!!!

Great beach house

This place was amazing and had everything we needed for our weekend getaway. Beach is walking distance and we loved to watch the sunset and listen to the waves!! Host gave us great recommendations for nearby restaurants. House was clean, beds were comfortable and has a nice backyard to relax at night!! We just had a great time. Host answered all my questions, had no problems at all. Highly recommended!!!!

Nice Stay

Really nice location and house. The kitchen was well stocked. We did leave a French press behind as the only other option was Keurig and SD has amazing roasters everywhere. The house felt clean and is tidy, but every white linen had multiple small stains. Hopefully they'll be replaced soon. The water gets very hot which is great. There's a nice lawn outside and out front. It's stocked with good beach chairs and umbrellas and toys. Bring eye shades for bed, there are some businesses out back and the roller shades have gaps, so light does get in. The ac works quickly and is on a schedule. We did notice the owner change our setting a few times during our stay (it was not part of the schedule). We loved how much more spacious this house was than others we've stayed at in the past.

Cute house

My husband and I were there to support our son who was doing an Ironman race. The property was close to the Oceanside pier where the event ended. We were a nice 3 mile walk away. Very convenient. My only complaint is that the online description of the. Ed’s was not accurate. It was listed as 3 beds. There are actually 2 beds and a pull out couch in the living room. There’s a big difference to me between a bed and a pullout couch. It would have been fine for kids but not comfortable for adults. The kitchen is not super well stocked but we didn’t really cook so it didn’t matter. We did look for a measuring cup for oatmeal but didn’t find one. But overall it was clean and nice and comfortable. Nice private back yard. We enjoyed sitting out. As usual the weather in San Diego/ Oceanside is perfect. If you only need two beds this place is great.

Convenient, clean and comfortable in So Cal

This 2-bd, 1-bath home has been recently updated and was a great spot for my family during our Thanksgiving trip. The two bedrooms were small but clean and the beds were cozy. The kitchen does not have a microwave, but the Kureg coffeemaker, gas range, and full-size fridge were convenient. There is a conventional oven we did not try, but there were not a lot of kitchen tools, baking pans, mixing bowls or other kitchen gadgets so I would not expect many guests do much cooking there, which was fine for us. There were ample extra sheets, blankets and towels. The backyard was a pleasant and well-kept spot to relax. The closest beach access a few blocks away (15 min walking distance) is a small, rocky access point to the water, but there are large, sandy beaches within a short drive.
