Totalmente renovado - Hermoso apartamento de un dormitorio

Disfrute de su estancia en nuestro hermoso condominio. El lugar perfecto para unas vacaciones tranquilas y relajantes. Nadar en la piscina, sentarse al sol, se encuentran a la sombra, a pie de la playa donde se puede pasear por 5 millas en la arena, ver el atardecer desde la cala escondida, o disfrutar de una barbacoa con los amigos.

Todo lo que pueda necesitar está en la unidad para usted. Sólo tiene que traer su traje de baño, bronceador y artículos personales.

Para los más aventureros hay windsurf, bodysurfing y kayak. O pruebe una de las muchas líneas de postal de la isla.

Disfrute de una bebida tropical fresca mientras se relaja junto a la piscina en el jardín. Las barbacoas son adyacentes a la piscina.

Dormir en aire acondicionado comodidad en la cama de matrimonio.

Great Location & Stay

Karen's condo was perfect for my husband and I for our trip to Maui. Conveniently located for driving to the West Side, Haleakala & Hana. Condo was very clean and had all we needed for our stay.

Great Value and Location

This condo has everything that you need for your stay in Kihei, which is centrally located for beautiful beaches and other sights. The owners were extremely helpful and made sure that we had everything we needed to make this a wonderful vacation.

Lovely visit in paradise

Very easy to check in as I have stayed in this complex for more than 10 consecutive years. Nice to come back and see old friends. The small complex makes it easy to visit and get together with other guests.

Beautiful space with all of the beach amenities needed.

The space was perfect for a weeklong stay for my wife and me. The kitchen was functional and really well equipped and there was plenty of beach gear for us. Location was across from a beautiful stretch of quiet beach and gave easy access to Grocery stores, bars, restaurants and dive shops. Would definitely stay here again in the future!!

Great condo in the nice location.

Clean, well equipped, spacious enough, comfortable bed. The beach across the street is not very suitable for swimming, but great for walking. The little farmers' market few blocks away is worth visiting.

Convenient location

"The perfect Place in Hawaii"

This is our second time to stayed in this condo for 3 1/2 weeks and we sure, we`re comming back. We enjoyed this vation so lot. The owners give us hospitility and familyfeeling. The condo is really comfortable. Thanks Pat and Barb for helping make our vacation wonderful!

This spot was beach accessible with beauty all around. The host responded quickly when we needed info. We loved having beach chairs and coolers! The only problem was that it wasn’t equipped with all cooking needs like a cookie sheet and kitchen towels. We love Maui!

Perfect condo for our stay!

The condo was a great location and size and had the necessary amenities for our seven-day stay. Loved the pool that was limited to the 10-unit condo complex so it was never overcrowded. Karen (landlord) was responsive to my few requests. All around excellent and would love to return! Mahalo!

Hidden South Maui Gem

We had an amazing stay. The property was very clean and sanitized with a seamless check in/out and a nice pool. The condo was small and quaint and equipped with everything we needed. Beach access right across the street was an added perk! Karen Lambert was very responsive when we had a question or TV problem. Thank you!

5 Star Experience on All Fronts

This is a pristine condo unit on lovely grounds filled with the aloha spirit. It is centrally located making it very convenient for island explorations. The unit is set back from the road so traffic sounds are minimal. The beach is right across the street great for whale spotting, sunset photo opts, and morning walks. Booking is easy and the owners are extremely helpful (and nice) in accommodating the needs of their guests.

It was a dream again

Our Stay was perfect and we was glad to see Maui. It is a beautyful and wonderful island. For me and Max was it the 3.th time to stay in your condos, so we are feeling like family. Perfect 1 Year Anniversary Getaway!

This was our first time staying at this condo so didn't know what to expect but we couldn't have asked for a better stay! The owners were so so kind and welcoming, and very accommodating of our check-in and out schedules. The condo is very comfortable and well furnished, the kitchen is fully stocked, and there were chairs, coolers, umbrellas, etc. for your use. The location was excellent, off the main road so it was quiet, very close to restaurants and bars and across the street from your own little beach, perfect for romantic sunset strolls. We loved our stay here and definitely want to come back, we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient, affordable home away from home!

Quiet and comfortable

My husband and I recently spent a week here and really enjoyed it! The complex is smaller which made it super nice. Anytime we wanted to go down to the complex pool we, for the most part, had it to ourselves and if we met anyone out on the lawn they were always really friendly and helpful with suggestions of places to eat and the best adventures to take. The ocean and beach were practically right out the door. Not a far walk at all, which made our stay even more relaxing. The living quarters were clean and updated. All in all a nice, relaxing and enjoyable place.

A wonderful week.

We have no hesitation in echoing the positive reviews for Barb and Pat's condo at Wailana Sands. It is clean, well maintained and fully equiped with all one's needs. We found our hosts to be helpful and friendly and enjoyed our evening get togethers at the pool with them and other owners of this small and congenial complex. We would certainly recommend this apartment for anyone wishing to relax and to get away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. Linda an Keith.

Immaculate, Quiet, Walk to the Beach -- Perfect!

Clean (spotless!); convenient to the beach (1-2 minute walk); quiet -- the perfect vacation 'home' for me. There is an air-conditioning system in the unit but the overhead fan was fine enough for me. The well-appointed kitchen should keep most cooks happy. The pool looks like a great place to grill food & meet friends. Only two minor inconveniences: 2nd story unit, so leave those heavy suitcases at home. Community washer/dryer were coin-operated, so plan to have a stack of quarters . The host (Karen) was always very responsive and thoughtful, which made it easy to plan for this trip. I enjoyed my stay. Mahalo!

Perfect Stay

This little condo was perfect for my husband and I. It was exactly as listed and much more. Cozy, peaceful, convenient, accessible, clean, relaxing and quaint! We enjoyed drinking coffee on the balcony every morning and enjoyed a beer, etc. on the balcony at the end of a long day before retiring for the night. The unit has everything one needs for cooking in the kitchen. The AC works really well, so well that we would turn it off in the morning because we were cold. We enjoyed having the use of the beach chairs and coolers for use, we used them almost everyday. We left an inexpensive beach umbrella for the unit to add to the experience. The laundry room is just down below from the unit with parking right in front of the unit. This property is so convenient and peaceful, I can’t stress that enough. We really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend it. The owner Karen is very communicative and personable! Anytime we are in Maui this little unit will be where we rest our heads and I’ll be sure to recommend to any friends traveling to Maui as well.
