There for two night to enjoy the area. Accommodations were very nice. We will stay there again.

Great scalloping trip stay

This property is as advertised, clean and well kept. This has a great location and dock access which was perfect for our trip. We had great communication with Nick prior to our stay and a check in during our stay to make sure everything was well. I would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing and beautiful view

We had a nice relaxing time at Boaters paradise. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you needed to prepare a meal. The beds , sheets and towels were all nice quality and comfortable. We loved the water view and enjoyed several beautiful sun sets in the patio. The pool was very nice ( appreciated all the beach towels too!) we enjoyed having our boat there . We didn’t know about the little beach down the road ! That was an added bonus. We would highly recommend this condo. Nick was very good at communicating with us .

Great Fishing Getaway on Crystal River Waterfront

Our main objective was to find a place for four people on the water with easy access to the Gulf. This condo met that objective. It's located in a well kept gated community. The condo was very clean and updated. It had all the amenities you could ask for and more. The owner did a great job of supplying the condo; both beds were comfy. There are nice views from the deck; it only has two chairs, but we were prepared and brought a couple with us. There is a boat dock with an assigned slip on the inside away from the boat traffic. Walked around the community grounds which includes a swimming pool that was in pristine condition, but the weather was a little too cool to test it out. Twin Rivers Marina is a short ride away and the mouth of the river is a short ride further than the marina. We had a great time and we would do it again. I had no complaints. I would recommend this to anyone.

Beautiful riverfront condo

Our stay at Nick’s condo could not have been better. The condo was spacious and beautifully decorated. We loved the open floor plan. The master bedroom was huge with a large bathroom with both a tiled shower and jetted tub. The condo is in a gated community controlled by a keypad. It was stocked with everything we needed and more. There is a community swimming pool which is well maintained. Nick was always available to answer any questions we had. We enjoyed watching all the crab and charter boats going and coming from Kings Bay each day. We took our boat and even though the condo had a designated boat slip, we opted to keep our boat on the trailer. There was ample parking for the trailer approx. 100 yards from the condo. The boat launch was just around the corner and very easy to use. This is our first stay in Crystal River. We have visited Florida for a month a year for several years and Crystal River is by far our favorite destination. The town has so many excellent restaurants such as KC Wine and Koffee Bar, Seafood Sellers, and of course the Crab Plant. We enjoyed going into Crystal River and just walking around as there are many paved walking trails in and around the town. We will certainly be coming back to Crystal River in the future.
