Great Location Pet Friendly Condo!

Excellent condo! Quiet, great location and great layout in the home for our needs. Loved that it was pet friendly too. Highly recommend. Came with all cooking appliances & utensils in kitchen. Plenty of towels. Loved that we had access to the sharc (pool, hot tub, workout).

Great place and location

We had a great time at this condo. It was very clean and the location was excellent, being in walking distance to the area with the stores and restaurants. Will definitely look for this property again when coming back to Sunriver.

Great location

The unit was clean and had a well appointed kitchen. Beds and couches were comfortable and cozy. The only thing I would warn people about is that the stairs are a bit steep for older adults with deteriorating mobility. Aside from that it was an excellent stay.

Great location

Great location, comfy home, though our feet turned black from the invisibly dirty floors. Vacasa did offer to come clean the floors but we declined, as it wasn’t that big a deal. Knives in the house were a bit challenging to use, and we were desperate for more containers for leftovers, but otherwise had everything we needed and were very comfortable. Would rent this house again!

Affordable and Comfortable but Lacking

The location of this rental is extremely convenient to the SHARC and Sunriver village. The size of the unit was great and bedding and towels were abundant. However here are a few things you should know before staying at this rental: 1) the kitchen has only salt and dishes — don’t expect any seasonings, oil, etc. 2) the coffee pot in the kitchen is only a four cup pot and no filters are present (a cuisinart pod machine and espresso machine are present with no pods or espresso beans), 3) despite drawers of movies, the unit has no DVD player, 4) while there is firewood, there is no kindling, axe, or fire starter, 5) the water is low flow, toilets clog easily and all toilets require you to hold the handle down. If you plan for these things your stay should be enjoyable.

Couldn't have asked for more!

I'm a chef, so the kitchen is important to me. It was fully stocked with everything you'd possibly need to cook meals and serve with quality, matching table ware and silver ware. Even had all the paper cooking and storage products, and items like timers, toaster, kettle, kitchen soaps, blender, large selection of cookware, serving and cooking utensils, and beautiful, clean, new appliances. Comfy beds with clean new bedding and mounds of pillows. Tons of bath and pool towels. Immaculate bathrooms. There was nothing we needed that wasn't provided. Located in a peaceful, safe setting among beautiful well cared-for trees and grass areas, less than 2 city blocks from SHARC. When we packed up, we felt like we were leaving our home. We had a wonderful time there.

Great location but really dirty

The location is great and lots to do. The original listing showed a hot tub at house but there wasn’t one and the listing was changed when I looked so that was disappointing. Everything was in good shape except the floors were so gross. I have a 1 year old and his feet were black from dirt only walking around inside. I had to constantly wash them. Also the code to get in the house stopped working and we had to call and have it changed. For the price we paid for this house we would have expected these things to be better.

Close But Not Quite

There are definitely several really nice things about this property, however some very obvious elements distracted from them right from the start… First, the good: This property is perfectly situated between the SHARC and the Village making it an easy walk to either places even with young children. The passes to the SHARC were also a plus. Also, the bedrooms and bedrooms were nicely appointed and had comfortable beds. Our three kids enjoyed the opportunity to bunk up in the one bedroom all together. Last, the meadows condos sit adjacent the golf course and had nice greenery around the buildings. Next, the bad and the ugly: This place HAS NO CENTRAL AC! (even though it is boldly listed as having it on the front page of its listing). Luckily the heat wave was just beginning the last day we were there but the place got fairly toasty. We felt rather duped by this since we actually chose this over another place that was much nicer for the same price because it didn’t show as having AC either. Second, want to take a hot shower? Good luck! The hot water ran out after one person takes a 5-7 min shower. I don’t mind a cold shower but my wife and children were not pleased at all. A few other fixable but obvious issues were the screen door on the deck was broken and left completely off the track - which wouldn’t be a problem normally except without AC having doors and windows open at night is needed. There isn’t a screen door on the sliding doors for the downstairs master either so during buggy season that could be a real problem. The master bedroom also doesn’t have a lock on it which makes privacy an issue as well. Last I’ll just point out a few things that just simply need attention between guests: the garbage hadn’t been emptied in the kitchen upon arrival, ok not that big of a deal, except that there was only additional trash bag for the rest of our stay! It didn’t end there - there was laundry detergent for two loads only, the kitchen cooking basics (eg., oil, cooking spray, basic seasonings, etc) were completely gone so we had to purchase some of that at the tourist grocery store, the propane for the grill was completely out (which we found out right as we had already prepped everything to cook), the floors left our feet very dirty so we ended up wearing our shoes around the house despite typically not doing this in rentals, and finally the coffee maker was the smallest thing I’ve ever seen! Overall, the inconveniences were rather annoying and I’ll admit that the staff provided additional detergent and supplied extra propane in a timely manner but having to call about these things while on vacation after you realize you need them was frustrating. If the property looked into and addresses these things I’d definitely give it a higher rating but it is definitely worth noting while shopping around for the many many other places in Sunriver

The condo was a “shoes off” inside home which I prefer. It was extremely clean with the exception of air conditioning/heating vents which appeared quite dusty. I did need to move the bedside table so I could find an outlet and it was pretty dusty back there as well. These are picky things, I know, but small fixes. The bike paths went for miles which I enjoyed immensely! The area was quiet and beautiful and I would definitely return.
