Welcome to Corpus Christi! Our fully furnished studios and 1 & 2 bedroom apartments offer convenience in a central location. Embracing diversity, our neighborhood thrives on a range of socio-economic lifestyles and inner-city living, including transient and homeless population. Note that if you prefer a more homogeneous environment, our home may not be the best fit. Your comfort is our priority, ensuring a cozy, fully equipped home for relaxation after exploring the city. Our central city location is typical of any other large metropolitan area and homeless and transient populations are just part of the package. We do ask guests to do the proper due diligence on the Central City/Downtown area to ensure the home will be a good fit for their stay.

**Please do note that we do not allow cancellations after arrival based on the perception of the area being busy or any external factor.

Our neighborhood is in close proximity to local hospitals, fire stations, and police stations, so you'll often hear sirens and emergency vehicle noises. It's part of the city's lively atmosphere. For those who like quiet nights, we've got white noise machines to help with the sounds, making sure everyone can sleep well.

★★Pest control is routinely carried out in all units we manage, due to our coastal location and high humidity there may be occasional sightings of water bugs, spiders, mosquitos, flies, cockroaches, June bugs, ants, and other pests. - Please let us know straight away if you spot any so we can arrange an appointment with our pest control team. - Although we make every effort to provide a pest-free environment, this is an inevitable part of life on the Texas Coast.

★★★PRESANA HOMES PET POLICY★★★
We love animals here at our property and we'd love to have your pet stay with us too! To ensure a safe and happy visit for everyone, please follow these guidelines:
· A $30 daily pet fee per pet, capped at a maximum of $200 per pet, must be paid prior to your stay via Airbnb resolution request. If not paid within 1 hour of booking, your stay may be cancelled.
· We can accommodate either 1 large animal (50-75 lbs) or two small animals (under 40 lbs).
· Pets must be kenneled and house trained.
· All pets must be leashed at all times when outside of the home.
· Pick up and properly dispose of all pet waste in our garbage receptacles outside of the home.
· Pets must be kept off all furniture, bedding, sheets and blankets or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed.
· Guests are responsible for any damages or injury caused by their animals.
· Emotional support animals are not exempt from this pet policy and pet fees must be paid.

***Morgan Avenue is located in a vibrant and welcoming neighborhood in Corpus Christi. It is conveniently located close to all the top attractions, with a walkability score of 88 out of 100. We are located in the heart of the city and do also have the general urban foot traffic, including a transient population, that is not uncommon to see in our area given the high density of the central city. Additionally, we do recommend that guests do the proper research on our area prior to booking. However, if convenience is what you most desire here is a more detailed description of our area. We are located on a busy thoroughfare prone to siren noise due to its proximity to the major hospitals, fire departments and police station all within a 1 mile radius radius of the home.
