Family fun in the sun

Great location! Loved it being dog friendly for my 2 yorkies just watch out for the sticker burrs in the grass. The grandkids had safe fun in the pool until 10:00pm

It was perfect for what we needed. The kids/grandkids had a great time, they felt special, loved the bunk bed, and that is all that matter to me! Just too many stickers from yard, on patio, that got in house on little feet. Never could get the ice maker to work. Probably user issuer!

Bring bug spray!

Everything was good. Mostly everything was clean- one of the comforters smelled weird so we washed it. Kitchen could use more knives and larger pans. Ice maker wasn’t really making ice. Biggest issue was the mosquitos, which seemed to be an entire rock port issue - but it would have been nice to know prior or for there to be bug spray provided.

Overall our stay was great, very good location nice comfortable beds, only complaint was not as clean and as fresh as it could have been. Fridge was not real clean, the oven was not cleaned although we didn't use it or the pit, it was very dirty. The door to the back didn't lock. It had a pole across it and when we opened the door it fell off. Maybe have your cleaning crew to give it a good cleaning. Everything else was great. Thank you. Hope to come back soon.

The property itself was great. The condo itself was beautiful and cozy. Everything else was not. We were missing the remote to a tv in the bedroom, no pier to fish off of even tho we specifically discussed it, 1 pool was closed and thenother had an issue with the gate vode so we couldnt get in unless someone else let us in. The communication was very subpar. We got there right at 4 pm and immediately checked everything out so we could address any issues as early as possible as to not imede in the weekend.... well, the person on the other end of the line was not communicating much, or very effectively. We definitely felt like we were the problem.... no fun, especially when youre spending that amount of money to stay somewhere eith your family. The property manager was clueless as to what was going on with this particular condo and couldnt answer a single question on her own. She walked right in without knocking, what if we were dleeping or changing. Unprofessional. The pictures on the website are deceiving, we were expecting to have a boat slip or access to up close fishing... but no. Then the person on the other end of the phone tried to state that there wasnt anything like that offered.... except it CLEARLY states in their advertisements that there is something available. We were celebrating birthdays and anniversaries and had nothing but problems. It would've been nice not to worry about these types of things, especially when we are trying to be proactive

It appears the HOA will need to address the pool gate and latch so that guest do not have issues, and we apologize for that and will check on this. We did respond back to your text message someone was on her way and when she arrived at your property. The listing for this property does not state it does offer a pier, only boat dock/slip. To Close For Comfort

This review is for the renters looking at this property. IF YOU HAVE A FAMILY LARGER THAN 3, THIS IS GOING TO BE TIGHT. The square footage is perfect, the problem was all of the "stuff" at the property. Every time we moved we were knocking into something. The furniture was too big for the space. We couldn't put our groceries down because of all the art work on the counter. There was a huge table, bed 2recliners and 2 end tables in the living room leaving a narrow walkway for passage. Forget about bags and babys, we felt so claustrophobic with 3 adults 1 toddler and a baby. The property is beautiful and all of the 3rd parties involved were amazing. We just couldn't move around the 2bedroom condo. If you asked me, this would be lovely if the furniture were not for a huge mansion. Smaller furniture and less if it.

Our overall experience was good. This condo met out needs and was very comfortable. It was very accessible to stores and shops. We found the property clean and comfortable. The team was knowledgeable and courteous. It was easy to get a reservation and the people involved were very courteous.

Awesome condo in Rockport

The best thing about this condo was the excellent staff that runs it. They texted me it was ready early- I’ve never had anyone go above and beyond like that. They are doing landscaping around the unit and would love to come back next summer to see how it looks!

We loved it and my children loved it and my 2 elderly parents who have back and hip issues thoroughly enjoyed their stay as they have never stayed in something like that previously. It was a beautiful home and very easily accessible for 71 year old grandparents and little children, 6 & 4, plus their mom! The kids each enjoyed their own bed and I as their mother got to enjoy sleeping in my own bed and my parents (the grands) got to enjoy their own room with a king sized bed. It being on the first floor was also very accommodating They were so friendly!! My dad booked the stay but gets so confused and forgets things so easily that when I asked for a copy of the email they gladly added me on as a point of contact for future emails. It definitely made things more smoothly!

Softball stay

We had a great stay at the property. The pool and fishing from the dock was great after a long day of softball. The location was great for the restaurants and the ease of getting g to corpus when needed. Great place. Thanks!

Wonderful Rockport Getaway

I truly enjoyed my stay at this property. The location is fantastic and close to a lot of Rockport attractions. It was very clean and welcoming. The decor was absolutely adorable! I will definitely consider this property for my next visit to Rockport.

Very nice and well-kept rental.

Very nice and well-kept rental. They have everything needed and it is clean and well decorated. The overall experience booking via Miss Kitty's has been very good. The fees are less than other booking sites although still steep. But overall pleased with the experience.
