The pull out bed didn’t work and I never got a response from the host regarding this. The other “bed” wasn’t queen sized as advertised it was a couch that folded down. I’m not sure sleeping 5 is an adequate description.

It was within great distance to the gwcc. The view was lovely. Only thing is we had some issues with the stove and oven. Loved how there was a concierge desk and the building was very secured

Condo was nice, however stove top didn’t work and the oven needed to be cleaned. Parking in the paid lot is a joke. There were homeless people loitering around outside. I’m glad I wasn’t traveling alone. Every night we had to go downstairs to the parking lot to extend for another 24 hours. We tried on our phones but it wouldn’t let us.

Visit to Aquarium

The condo was in a perfect location to all Atlanta attractions. The condo was clean and comfortable. The shower was very hot with great water pressure. The bedroom had a very comfortable mattress and pillows. Would definitely stay here again.

Good Stay

We had a very nice long weekend here. The condo is nice and clean and a short walk to the aquarium which was our main purpose for staying here. The host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Good location close to everything we wanted to do and see. We were able to just scooter and use public transportation. The inside of the place has been updated. We didn’t use the kitchen at all. We were a little skeptical only because of the mixed reviews that we encountered but it didn’t deter us since we were planning on eating out anyway. The reason for just an “ok” review was that my son and I were there and the advertisement for the unit really suggested that the second person would have a good place to sleep. They did have a “rollaway” which was a bit of an abomination. They “mattress” for it was incredibly flat and uncomfortable. They also had a small couch that folded flat - akin to a futon. It worked fine - okay so to speak. And they had sheet but no comforter or blanket. We didn’t say anything the first night since it was so late, but first thing in the morning after doing a thorough search of the unit, including the closet where we found the sheets, I reached out to the host to ask for some sort of blanket or comforter. I did so early in the morning so that would give them time to at least respond and hopefully provide something. We didn’t hear back until the following morning after we had left for good. Not cool to pay for something so essential and not have it at all and then not have any correspondence when reaching out. Would stay here as a couple but not with a needed other bed. And not expecting communication sadly.

Great stay

This place was just as the pictures showed. Everything was clean. The only thing I would say is maybe change out the decorative pillows they do have stains that made me a little uncomfortable but other than that I enjoyed my stay. Just know you will have to pay for parking each day you are there, in total I spent 100 for parking for 3 nights but it is in the city so technically that’s normal. I would definitely book again the balcony was my favorite part.

Just as pictured

Condo was just as pictured. Clean & all the necessary amenities. The location as far as proximity to things to do in Atlanta was excellent. Outside the condo there is a lot of homelessness near the front entrance , we simply used the side door to avoid them . I would definitely stay here again

Really enjoyed my stay, and it had a great view. It was centrally located for easy access to anywhere I needed to go. The host was really friendly and communicated with ease. Although I stayed alone, it would be perfect for more people. I would definitely book again. Thanks for making my birthday stay great!

Trip to ATL

Condo was very nice. Property was clean and exactly as advertised. We did have concerns about the neighborhood but this is completely out of the property manager/owner’s control. Highly recommend being back to the property before 9:00 pm to use the side entrance. Property manager/owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Thank you for opening your place to us!

Great location if your going to Mercedez stadium

Overall our stay was good. Was nice to have a desk to work from as I did need to work remote. Everything looked exactly as pictured. Minor feedback is the instructions said there were k-cups but none were provided and there was only half a roll of toilet paper, unfortunately didn’t realize until I needed it the first morning.

Poor

We came for the Atlanta Mart. The apartment was super close to the mart so that was really nice. But everything else was just not great! The carpets were horribly stained. The unit was dirty overall. The bedding was less than adequate- actually it felt a lot like a college dorm quality. The stove was blinking error. But we did eat out for dinner so that wasn’t a problem for us. It needed an overall update. But the worst part was the rugs. Felt like I couldn’t take my shoes off.
