Located in the Gem of the Florida Keys, Key Colony Beach offers a relaxing and pristine Island to enjoy your tropical getaway. Key Colony Beach and nearby Marathon key offer access to boating, fishing, jet skiing and paddle boarding or visit the Florida Keys Aquarium or swim with Dolphins. If you prefer a relaxing day, visit the members only Cabana Club and take a dip in the pool or beach while listening to island music and sipping a cool tropical cocktail. End your day with a visit to sunset park and relaxing dinner at many of the local restaurants or seaside bar and grills or enjoy a home cooked meal and relaxing evening waving to boaters heading home from a day on the water.

Hi there! We’re a South Florida family who grew up enjoying the sunshine, beaches, boating, fishing, and diving that make this area so special. We raised our three boys here, and now two of them are married and still live close by. Family means everything to us — whether we’re traveling together, cooking up big family dinners, or just soaking up the Florida weather. We created this space with that same spirit in mind — a place to relax, spend time with the people we love and enjoy, and make wonderful memories. We’re so glad you’re here and can’t wait for you to enjoy it as much as we do!

When we first visited Key Colony Beach, we instantly knew it was the perfect spot for our second home. It has that small-town charm where neighbors wave hello, but it’s also surrounded by everything we love — crystal-clear water, amazing fishing and diving, and those incredible sunsets that never get old.
For us, it’s the best of both worlds: a peaceful island community with all the fun and adventure of the Florida Keys right outside your door. We couldn’t imagine a better place to share with family, friends, and now with you.

Our sits near the end of the canal, which makes it a truly special spot. The water is calm and inviting, and it’s full of life — we often see manatees gently swimming by, tarpon rolling in the canal, and schools of snapper right at our dock.
It’s not just the fish that make it magical — the area is alive with birds and sea life, giving you a true sense of being connected to nature. Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee while watching the water, casting a line to catch your own dinner, or simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings, there’s always something to enjoy right outside the door.
We’ve also made this our true home away from home, and you’ll find everything you need here to feel comfortable. From a fully equipped kitchen for preparing home-cooked meals to cozy spaces for gathering together, we’ve tried to think of every detail so your stay feels as easy and enjoyable as possible.
