Pro: It was a cute place. Perfect location. A/c works great!! The pool is fun! Con: I know it’s considered pet friendly but couches smell of urine and so did the bunk room. It was very unpleasant. Unfortunately stunk up the whole house.

Nice place

Very nice place and wonderful pool and close to the beach! The blender was rusted in place and didn't work and the “clean” forks were not clean. Other than that it was great!

Nice with just a few problems

We enjoyed our stay very much. Discovered dirty dishes in the cabinets. Washed everything before use. When we ran the dishwasher for the first time, the soap dispenser didn't open.. Had to rewash the dishes. Surprised the person who put them away didn't notice. Also had to wash the bed sheets in the bunk room, not sure what was on them but the kids were not willing to sleep in there until cleaned. Pool was very nice, my grand kids loved playing out there after the beach got too hot. WiFi was down often. Didn't need it much, so just a small inconvenience. Two reasons we will not stay here again: I can't do stairs easily so the upstairs kitchen and family room was very hard for me also our dog did not like the rocks in the enclosed area, so she had to be walked.

Great beach house!

Loved the location. Pool was great although we were never given a code and one was needed (we went in when other guest were there). Close to the beach. House was bigger than it looks in pictures. Kitchen had every utensil or gadget you could think of which was great. View from the balcony wasnt great as shown in the pictures but we never even used the balcony! House was clean. Check in instructions were easy. Neighborhood is very pet friendly. The kitchen table is huge, TV in living room large, and games were nice to have too. Outside storage closet has tons of beach stuff to include chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, shovel etc! I think we left a couple of floaties in there too. I would definitely stay in this house again!

First time in Port Aransas

The property was as described. The only thing that put a damper on our visit was that the TV and internet was not working. The Silver Sands people were no help...until late on Saturday afternoon. Mr. Bull really tried to get it going. I believe the property owner got involved and got Spectrum to come out Sunday afternoon....so 2/3 of our visit was already gone. With all the devices the kids expected to access, this was a bummer. Thanks for finally getting it working...a bit for us and at least for the next renters. Overall, the property was very nice. Kitchen appliances were very nice. Might want to replace the inner curtain in the downstairs shower. There is only parking for two vehicles...keep that in mind.

I would definitely rent this again! Very satisfied

All my family really enjoyed the clean beautiful condo. The only complaint we had was the water pressure. Other than that it was perfect and we would rent it again.

A Perfect Choice

Everything promised about this place delivered and I will truly recommend this to anyone with kids and small dog needs. The pool was a big hit and since the grandkids were under 5, the stroller worked better than getting a golf cart. Yes, it a short walk to the beach! I would suggest they throw out Hungry Hippo game since there are no marbles + hippos just aren’t working anymore. I had to disappoint my grandson when we opened the box. Candyland however was wonderful. Also, a hose outside the front door would be super. There were faucets but no hoses to help wash off the sand. I just want to help out with this incredible property. It made for one terrific memory for the family!

The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything you need. Very close to the pool, which was lovely, and a short walk to the beach. We happened to be here when the polar vortex hit. Silver Sands communicated with us as soon as they could and assisted with getting us everything we needed during and after the power outage and water shut off. We can't wait to come back next February!

Great family vacation

Adorable condo close to the beach. It is a couple blocks from the beach and perfect for us to head down in the morning and head back to the condo as needed throughout the day. The kids loved the pool and we loved the condo.

Turquoise Trea'shore rental

Beware on teh weekends it is nuts around this complex with neighbors thinking they can park in your spots. It has great AC and lots of hot water. The rental could be cleaner as many dishes in the cabinet were dirty and mgt did not leave sufficient dishwasher soap as this item is NOT listed as something to bring. the downstairs bathtub does not drain when showering and the unit needs better cleaning but other than that it is a great rental

You get 2 assigned spots and there is very limited overflow which never opened up. Unfortunately other guests decided to park in our spots as well with no way to remedy the situation. Bring traffic cones with you!
