This multi-level home is within walking distance of Gulfview Heights Beach Access, the nearest public beach access in the area, and is also close to fantastic local attractions, including Grayton Beach State Park, Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, Point Washington State Forest, Pilcher Park, Club LA, and Windswept Dunes Golf Club. Find endless dining options and coffee shops along the 30A.



This coastal charmer has its main living area located on the second floor with a beautiful coastal-themed open floor plan. Wind down in the inviting living room, offering welcoming sofas and a smart TV with streaming and cable services to keep you entertained during your stay. When mealtime comes, surprise your group with their favorite recipes prepared in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all stainless steel appliances. Coffee enthusiasts will appreciate the Keurig and drip coffee makers available! From here, you can easily access one of the home's balconies where numerous chairs await. This offers a wonderful spot to unwind with a refreshing beverage after a delicious splash in the community's heated outdoor pool. Discover a private bedroom and a laundry room with a washer/dryer on this level as well. The ground floor houses three additional bedrooms, each one with a smart TV. The upper floor enjoys a beautiful loft that is perfect for reading and unwinding. This level hides a second balcony with partial views of the ocean.

This house was perfect for our trip to the beach! 2-3 minute walk to the beach, and the pool was very nice to have traveling with infants. Many great restaurants in walking distance as well. Highly recommend staying at Serenity Now!

Great location!

We had a great time, enjoyed local restaurants, and the short walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable and with 9 of us staying and showering, we never had to deal with cold showers.

I’m glad you thought it was awesome! Thanks for reporting to me the issue with the stair handrail needing more cleaning and the ceiling light fixture in the kitchen . I was able to get my handy man right over To take care of it the first day . After a long summer of renters and sticky little fingers , lol, it happens. I asked all renters in my listing , the rental agreement and via text and email to check things out and let me know immediately if anything has been missed or needs attention. Thanks so much for letting me know and the opportunity to get it done ASAP!

Great Place To Stay!!!

Our family had an amazing time while staying at this property. The location is perfect and it has easy access to gorgeous beaches and fantastic restaurants. The quaint community is very welcoming and family oriented. The property itself was very spacious and well maintained. Beautiful cottage, great location!

My family has vacationed in this area for years, and this cottage is one of the best we have visited. The cottage is clean, well appointed and best of all on the south side of 30A and a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the ocean view from the upper deck as well as the community pool. We plan to stay here again in the future!
