Located in the exclusive and intimate neighborhood of Vizcaya on the West end of 30A, guests will enjoy a luxurious chef's kitchen and a view of the Gulf at Arena Blanca. Sleeping 12 and boasting a personal elevator to every floor, bunk beds, community pool, and one minute walk time to the beach, Arena Blanca is perfect for multi-family vacations. Named for the white sands of the Emerald Coast, Arena Blanca is the ideal location for creating lifelong memories with friends and family!
Find elegance at the beach with Arena Blanca from the moment you pull into the quaint, gated community to the high ceilings, spacious shiplap rooms, and calm color palette this gorgeous beach house has to offer. The main floor is on the second level and consists of a fabulous chef's kitchen stocked with Thermador appliances including a six burner gas range with griddle, large island and bar seating for four. White cabinets and stone counters bring an airy lightness to this amazing space. Next is a large dining table seating ten so the entire group can gather together for a meal. Moving to the living room, guests will find comfort and peace in this space with plush couches and chairs seating eight and a view out to the balcony. Out on the balcony is an ideal place to soak in the sun and relax with a view, cook out on the grill, or enjoy a meal al fresco!
The first floor offers two bedrooms, a convenient laundry area, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off sand before entering the house. The first bedroom includes two sets of full/full bunks with its own private bathroom with a large shower and a TV. The next is a king bedroom that also has a private bathroom with shower/tub combo and TV.
Up on the third floor the final sleeping arrangements are found. Two queen bedrooms, one with a private bathroom, a bunk room with a twin/twin bunk and the king primary bedroom. This spectacular primary bedroom is spacious and has french doors that lead out to a private balcony with a view of the Gulf. The en suite is stunning with a large marble shower including a rain head, dual sinks and even a makeup vanity.
