The home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a spacious open floor plan. The home is located on the corner of a canal and has wonderful views of evening sunsets from the screened-in porch. It comes equipped with everything you need to have a great vacation, including access to kayaks, pool/beach toys, and a gas grill. • Saturday to Saturday rentals unless an exception is granted (more lenient for stays beyond 7 nights)

• Flat-screen TV's (in living room, king and queen bedrooms) and dvd player – Premium cable, dvds (and you can enter your Netflix account info, if desired, to use on living room tv)

• Note: To access the King bedroom you must walk through the bedroom with the twin beds. There is a shared bathroom and large walk-in closet between the bedrooms with a short hallway.
• Appliances - full kitchen with more than ample cookware and dishes

• Water Access - Very quick access to Gulf and easy access to Ocean via Vaca Cut
• Dockage – 50 feet available with fish cleaning station and step down dock for easy water access for swimming or getting on/off boats (additional space for fishing and viewing canal; owners' boat kept on property on boat lift as well)

• Enough space for 3 cars/trucks or boat trailer and 2 cars/trucks
• Bait and fish freezer outdoors

Other things to note
• Please note that this home only allows minimum night stays of 7 nights or longer. This is enforced by the City of Marathon and we cannot make any exceptions. Check in/out is typically on Saturdays. If you wish to have another day please send a message to see if your request can be accommodated.
• No pets please with the exception of registered service animals disclosed in advance.
• 8 people maximum per City of Marathon regulations (Your group will be asked to leave if in violation as it jeopardizes our rental license.)
