*Per HOA rules, there is no parking on the grass or on the street. The HOA will issue fines to the owner for any parking violations and the owner will hold the guests liable for any such fines. There is additional parking at the Community area (Basketball Courts) if needed.

* CHECK OUT PROCEDURE - Check out is 11:00 AM - Please advise, if a late checkout is required, please give at least 48 hours notice in advance. If late checkout is possible, $90/HR will be due from guest.

Before you leave, or the night before your departure please:

- Please put all of the towels in the tub before you leave :)
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Please don't strip the beds
- Remove all trash from rooms, and place into the outside bins
- Close all windows and doors - Turn off all TVs, fans, and lights.
- Please do not move any furniture, if so please put back upon checkout.
- Please CLEAN THE GRILL if used during your stay. Not cleaning the grill will result in a $80 cleaning fee.

NOTE: For your safety and insurance purposes, this home features three exterior security cameras. One at the front door, one at the driveway, and one in the backyard. There are NO cameras and/or listening devices in the interior of the home.
