Great location

Great last minute getaway for me and my teen daughter. It was clean and updated. Great beachfront location and close to everything.

Right on the beach

Nice condo with a great view! Some minor things that could use some improvement: water pressure in the shower, stove and fridge were dirty and the freezer smelled like fish. Overall, for the price it was a good place to stay for a quick beach getaway!

Good place to stay just a few complications

When we arrived in the room it was exactly like the pictures. Very easy to check in and check out. Later that evening we found a pretty good sized cockroach in the floor. The day before getting ready to leave we could not get the washing machine to work. It kept giving us an error code. The dish washer also kept turning on and off but finally got it to go through a whole cycle.

Not as advertised. Does not sleep 5. Sleeper Sofa mattress was in poor condition. Cannot be used. Bunk beds are NOT regular size. Only small children can sleep in them, but wouldn’t even recommend that as mattresses were also in poor condition and you can feel wood planks in your back. Door to washer dryer closet would not close so it is just standing open blocking hall. Dryer handle broken so it’s very difficult to get dryer open. Sliding glass door to patio handle broken off so you have to have someone let you back in. All the patio chair pads old and mildewed. Stains on bedding and towels and kitchen chair pads. Sand and trash on floor. Kitchen sink leaks so a pan with stinky old water under sink smelled horrible. All this to say this place needs work. I contacted office when we arrived and saw conditions. They said they would escalate to manager. I did not hear from a manager until the night before we checked out. They did compensate me with a partial refund. I will not rent from this company again.

Pros-Easy and quick Check In and Out (located off site). It is a very short walk to the beach and pool/hot tub. There is a small store, ice cream and restaurant within walking distance. The King bed is comfortable. They have starter kit for bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, soap) and a few dishwasher pods, but not dish soap.Cons-I have notified the company we rented from, so hopefully issues are fixed. The front door lock was broken, so only the dead bolt locked the front door, no lock on the slider to the deck, a beach towel covered bedroom window (blinds are shown in the picture on VRBO), the refrigerator made high pitched noice on and off during the day and night, my teenagers did not like sleeping on the bunk beds (minimal cushion and felt like sleeping on hard wood surface).
