Wonderful few days with my parents who are 81 and 85. They loved being able to walk directly to the beach. My mom has back issues, thus picky about beds. Her room and bed was perfect!

The condo was clean and so inviting. As you walk in you have the view of the sand dunes. Then as you walk out of the unit, you have direct walking access over to the serene beach. What’s great is that there were beach chairs, buckets, and shovels available so there wasn’t a need to bring all that. If you don’t want to go to the beach, then right next door, there’s the pool. Absolutely loved the access and accommodations that this unit provided for our family. We look forward to renting it again next year.

Everything about our stay was wonderful and made for a perfect “last toast on the coast!” Everything was clean, the beach was a short walk up the boardwalk, and the pool was right outside of the patio. There are plenty of beach chairs and a beach umbrella for guest use. Check in was a breeze with a key code door lock and the condo was exactly where Google maps led us. 10/10 will keep this property in mind for future vacations!

Nice area

We had a great week at the condo. The condo was spacious. We liked being on the first floor. Easy access to the pool and beach. There were also 5 beach chairs for us to use.

Great stay

We came to St Augustine for my daughter's graduation from Flagler and needed space for the grandparents to stay with us. This 3 b3droom was perfect. We had lots of space and the large sectional was perfect for sitting ariund and relaxing. The location was wonderful and loved how easy it was to go to the beach. Highly recommend this condo for your next visit.

Spring Break Retreat

After spending the first part of our vacation at Universal, this was the best way to end our week. The property was exactly what we needed. Cozy, spacious, & excellent location. Quiet enough we could hear the ocean at all times!!

Great spot

The unit was very clean and up to date. Easy access to get to the beach and to local attractions. A few things would make this location amazing; TV in spare room Extra lighting and side table in main living area Hot tub, although pool was great and easy to get to)

Beach stay

Our stay at this property was great. There were five adults, two couples and a single, and the space was very comfortable. The third bedroom now has two sets of bunkbeds which were fine, but I think our friend would’ve preferred a normal bed so an update to the property description Would be great. We had no issues with the check-in. The property was clean, well kept and well stocked. We only ate breakfast and lunch and snacks with cocktails and found everything we needed. The pool is just steps from the door and the beautiful beach had very easy access. The beach chairs were a definite plus. Plenty of restaurants in the area and close to downtown Saint Augustine. No complaints. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing place to stay to include the condo to the pool and on the beach steps away

They met and exceeded our every expectation. The place has updated everything and it was even nicer than the pictures. A plus rating and a must stay!

Family stay.

Condo is a nice space. On first level of building so no beach view. However the sand dune is a nice view and unit is right next to pool. Beds are comfy, kitchen well stocked. Pictures show twin beds in 3rd bedroom, actually 2 sets of bunk beds. increases the number that can be in unit but feels a little more cramped. Unit could use a deep clean in my opinion. Pool needed to be shocked and seemed like the filter wasn’t getting out the bugs out. Location is 15 minutes from downtown Saint Augustine. Lots of great eating places, grocery and Starbucks near by. I would stay again for sure.

Private Getaway

This property has incredible beach and pool access. Nice large indoor space at the end of a quiet gated neighborhood street. Nice boardwalk to the beach. Surprised people can drive on the beach there but it was never a problem. The beach itself had great soft sand and was vast. Would stay here again.

Great place on the beach.

Very nice three bedroom unit with nice furniture and a good kitchen. Managers were good to work with and location was close enough to town but far enough away as well.

Great Property!

Ground floor and secure, quiet neighborhood. Owners took care of supplying missing things asap. Proximity to the beach is a super plus. Would like the addition of outdoor cooking, but I can see why that is difficult.
