Nice location

Was a nice location and the unit itself was nice but the upstairs was EXTREMELY hot. The air did not reach the upstairs. This was very disappointing especially since the unit we wanted became unavailable. It was hard to sleep with it being so hot upstairs but other than that the stay was nice! The location to the dining was great and the bikes were a lot of fun!!

Nice but Too Far from the Beach

The home was nice but way too far from the beach. It was a 30 minute bike ride or 10 min car ride to the Trolley and then another 10 from there once it picked you up. Just a hassle with kids and beach stuff. Also, upstairs was incredibly hot...lack of air flow and no fans to help with circulation. It made sleeping up there pretty miserable. We made the best of it and had a great time regardless. We love Sea Pines and vacation there 4-5 times per year, this property is just not one I would choose to stay in again.

Musty and dated

Unit was extremely musty and the smell was overwhelming. We had to call the property manager and they gave us a humidifier that we had to empty and restart regularly. The unit was dated and the grounds unkept. Basic amenities not provided like tissues and napkins. Very disappointed.
