Great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas holiday at this beautiful condominium. The heated pool was a nice surprise because we were able to swim on Christmas Day. The condominium was stocked with everything we needed and the master bed was extremely comfortable.

On the beach

We had a wonderful time at this beachfront condo. The decorations are fun, the furniture is comfortable and there are movie DVDs that play. Access to bike rentals is convenient and complementary chairs and umbrella on the beach each day. Lastly, the view is beautiful from the second floor, just over the doons. Come enjoy.

Great place

The condo was excellent with every amenity we could have wanted. The property was great with a heated pool which is bigger that it appears in the pictures. Staff onsite were very helpful. Beach was beautiful and not crowded. Beach service was a nice perk. Lots of food and convenience stores walkable. Loved it.

Great location with easy bike ride to Seaside. Would recommend replacing/fixing main bedroom king bed (sagging in the middle as another review mentioned) and maybe a system to keep track of beach chairs per condo (some families would take up more than their allotted 2 beach chairs, leaving very few for others / occasionally running out of chairs on busy days). Overall though, great stay!

Following your feedback, we inspected the king bed and found that the issue stems from a broken bedframe—the mattress itself is in excellent condition. A new bedframe has already been ordered and will be delivered shortly. As for the beach chairs, we understand your concern. While each condo includes two complimentary chairs and one umbrella, guests are welcome to rent additional beach setups directly from the beach attendant, who is always happy to assist. very nice condo , great location

condo was very nice and Beachcrest is in a great location. Just note, this 2nd floor condo does not actually look directly at the beach. only because of the vegetation . Otherwise, very nice!!!

Beachfront Condo

I booked the wrong week for our usual place and had to find a new one last minute. I didn't usually like to stay in a high rise but this was fine and the beach wasn't too crowded. My kids enjoyed the heated pool as well. No complaints.

Perfect location

This location was amazing. Condo was clean, spacious and everything we could ask for. Having the beach access with chairs and umbrella, was so easy. We had a few issues getting in, due to a battery issue on the pad, but management was able to help immediately and got the battery changed very quickly. After that, we didn’t have any further issues. I will say, there are 35 steps from pool down to beach. I wasn’t expecting such a steep incline to beach, so that would be my only concern if renters aren’t able to do stairs.

Friendly community directly on the beach!

This was a perfect place for my parents to stay while we were in Seagrove for a week. We rented a house with a pool a few blocks away so we enjoyed being with them in the condo for ocean and sunset views and splitting our time between the two. Very friendly community, property management was responsive and helpful, the Internet needed attention while we were there and it was handled quickly. Very clean nice unit, my parents enjoyed hanging out on the pool deck and the platform at the beach access! We will be back!
