Thank you for your review, we appreciate it and other than a few issues that unfortunately we cannot change, we are glad you enjoyed your stay. Here at the lake unless you are in a newer home in an HOA community a lot of our lake front homes are in the older neighborhoods but still very safe. With the master bedroom featuring a king size bed and two bed side tables with an adjoining master bathroom it may seem small compared to some master bedrooms. It is larger than most standard size bedrooms and with the amazing lake view to wake up to every morning it really is a beautiful comfortable room. The parking under the garage should accommodate parking for a full size pickup. Recently we had a traveler who had a full size pickup with a small uhaul trailer attached parked out front. On departure day when he called to let me know they checked out he told me they didn't have any issue with parking their vehicles other than when backing out, it was a little tight but not bad, just had to back out slowly. I am sorry to hear you were a little unhappy with these issues but I hope they will not prevent you from booking with us again. Hi Tracey, We are so sorry to hear you felt the house wasn't very clean. It definitely had been thoroughly cleaned. I am thinking since you were our first renter in the home since it was newly renovated that there is still some dust settling from all the construction. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will definitely keep a watch on it to assure dust isn't continually settling after it has been cleaned. Hi Ashlee, thank you for your review. We hope other than a couple issues you mentioned that your guests enjoyed their stay. I would like to address your issues so hoping it makes you and your guests feel a little better that you were not misinformed. In the VRBO listing it states Under Policies, NOTE: This property is on the main channel and boat traffic or strong winds out of the south may cause rough water, guests can use dock at their own risk. For the charging port under About this property, 8th paragraph down it states the following: Parking for 5 cars, 3 next to the house and 2 small vehicles in the carport. There is also an EV Charging outlet in the carport for a 30amp NEMA 14-30 receptacle and 120v receptacle for level 1 charging. When your friend called me about the charging port I explained what was available, he said he couldn’t hook up to that but no problem there is an outlet there he will use. We are sorry for your disappointment but everything was in the property description when you booked it. Thank you Ashley.
