Villagio 30B is a cozy condo located in Playa Potrero, a few minutes from the beach and many other convenient services like restaurants, clinic, drugstore, supermarkets and the local brewery. There is a parking space and security 24/7 in the main gate. Villagio Complex features a beautiful pool sourranded by gardens and palms, outdoor shower and pool chairs, There is a kids pool just next to the main one.

The condo has a main bedroom with a king bed, a full bathroom, TV, A/C, ceiling fan and a wood wardrobe, all these are was recently remodeled by the new owner. Need a travel crib? No problem! A twin bed can be used in the living room as a place to sleep or just hanging out with family and friends.
