Guests have full access to the main/upper level of the home that includes the upper deck and lower patio/hot tub.

The lower level of the home is not open to guests. Guests cannot access the washer/dryer.

Property was in good location, clean, and overall nice. It was definitely an older property, had a couple locked doors to a basement and probably cleaning supply closet. The access to the hot tub was through the sloping yard with no path. So to use it, you’d need to leave the side door, walk around the side yard - potentially at night - and use the hot tub under the upper deck. No other access. Also the lower level had 2 other locked doors below the deck - not sure their use. Lastly, it would probably be best to remove the 2 sets of straps hanging from the front carport area. I assume these are for kayaks or other devises, but not overly welcoming for a rental property to see lots of black straps hanging from the ceiling near entry.

Fun at Beaver Lake

The booking process, check-in, and check-out process was easy and great. Staci went the extra mile to provide us with a great place to spend a few days at the lake and left us with everything we could have possibly needed, including things most rentals don't provide like snacks on the table, shampoo, body wash, etc. My son and I hope to come for another visit sometime in the future.

Property was clean and very comfortable. Communication with the property owner/manager was extremely frustrating and difficult. When after a day or so of attempting across multiple platforms, contact was finally made it was with what seemed like an automated message. Had we had an emergency, there was little to no confidence that we would be able to speak to an actual person. We had even asked for a better or more reliable contact method and received no response. This is lake view property but not lake front.

The cabin was super clean. Very large kitchen and a beautiful view of the lake. The carport was very nice also. Very nice neighborhood, couldn't ask for anything more. Will definitely book again. Staci kept us updated throughout the stay, very friendly and helpful !!

My husband and I enjoyed our weekend stay here with our pup. The neighborhood was quiet and the view of the lake was beautiful. The house was clean and we had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend getaway.

The Birch house was everything it’s stated to be and more. Very clean and inviting. Kitchen was well stocked. Quiet neighborhood with lovely lake view. Relax and dine on the deck.

Quaint Cabin

This was perfect for my husband and I’s weekend getaway! On the lake while still being close to town. Very clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable. Overall we had a great time!

Hiking get away

Great property that is close to hiking, biking, water activities & has a great sunrise & sunset view. King size bed was comfortable & hot tub was not fancy but hot & helped with sore legs following hiking😜 Would stay there again!

Wonderful, peaceful stay

The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The living windows open up to a beautiful view of the lake. Newborns is very quiet and our host was quick to reply. Thank you so much!
