Spend time enjoying that Florida sunshine on a paddle along 400 miles of kayak trails with the two on-hand kayaks; rent a boat and explore the Caloosahatchee River; or just spend sunny mornings enjoying your south-facing pool and shady afternoons sipping sweet tea on the covered lanai.

Inside this one-level home, you’ll find stylish, modern furnishings, high ceilings, and abundant natural light thanks to the large set of French doors onto the lanai. The open layout combines the full, well-equipped kitchen with the dining area and living room, making it a dream for entertaining or gathering with friends and family. The chef can use the full suite of stainless steel appliances to whip up family favorites and there’s plenty of room to sit down for a meal together around the window-front table.

Unwind at home each evening in the central AC while you toss the day’s clothes in the washer/dryer for a refresh. Grab a spot on the large sectional and stream the latest release, or use the free high-speed WiFi to catch up on remote work in the bonus room/office space. Catch a spectacular sunset over the canal, then keep dinner simple on the gas grill, or even simpler with a visit to a local restaurant. Call it a night in any of the three well-appointed bedrooms, with the split floor plan offering the primary suite plenty of privacy. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: An active security camera covers the entryways to the home.

Dock details: PLEASE NOTE: Boat lift is not currently operational. Private dock may still be utilized.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
