My family rented this beautifully furnished and immaculately clean home for my parents so they could be closer to Palomar Medical Center while our father went through radiation treatments for cancer. During this six week stay, they enjoyed spending time in the expansive backyard, abundant with pretty flora, birds, and butterflies. They relaxed watching beautiful sunsets from the side porch and enjoyed coffee in the rocking chairs out front each morning. The highlights were many, including the most comfortable bedrooms, expansive and well-stocked kichen, and plenty of natural light brightening the inside while still providing much privacy, which was key for them. A very family-friendly home, this property is conveniently located to everything you could possibly need, yet provided a pleasantly private place of rest and relaxation for them. Every attention to detail was provided. The property manager, Greta, was available to answer questions, always great, responsive communication, and was very kind to help arrange a couple of extra needed supports for them. If the need should arise again for lodging in Escondido, I will not hesitate to book this lovely home, a remarkable standout!Michelle M.

This is a very comfortable, well-appointed rental with great spaces inside and out. It became our oasis between excursions to San Diego, Carlsbad, Oceanside, and other surrounding areas. The grill on the patio was a popular cooking location. Our host was responsive and check in/ check-out was smooth.

One of the cleanest homes I’ve ever rented! Easy access to the freeway. (A little difficult actually finding the house after dark.) Very comfortable home with a beautiful yard that has delicious orange trees!

Great location - clean, comfortable house

We were pleased with this property. It was a very convenient location - close to restaurants and shopping and I-15. The house was comfortable and well supplied. We loved the fruit trees and fresh-squeezed orange juice!

Very nice house

We really enjoyed our one-month stay at this property in North County SD. The house is very clean and comfortable, and spacious enough for my family. Excellent updated kitchen and fun yard with bbq for the kids.

Great home for your family with kids

We had a great time at the house. They have all you need feel like at home, just need to add a blender to the kitchen. All was very clean, felt like in a hotel. We enjoyed the oranges, my kids also loved the butterflies and hummingbirds in the backyard, and a rabbit friend.

Very nice get away

This home was a special treat for us. My son loved the gas fireplace. I loved the convenience of the kitchen and proximity to Albertsons. The family loved the fact that it was centrally located between Legoland and the San Diego Safari Park. The fruit trees were a bonus! I would highly recommend it!

Perfect for families!

This home was perfect for a family of 4. Plenty of space, kitchen was stocked, comfortable beds (even the sofa bed was comfortable). The patio area with grill is beautiful! Having fresh squeezed orange juice each morning was a bonus. Very comfortable and Greta was very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Stay in Escondido

We were in San Diego area to both vacation and visit my daughter who was interning during the summer. The house is located about 30 miles north of downtown San Diego, but access is easy via the freeways. We were in the house for 9 nights and enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed for our stay was at the house, and the accommodations were good. We especially enjoyed the fresh oranges from the orange trees for morning orange juice! As the property descriptions indicate the cost is lower so you can spend more of your money doing things in San Diego, and that's exactly what we did. I recommend this house for families visiting San Diego.

Nice house

Very clean and well stocked. Great location close to I-15 freeway. A little noise from outside front, but very quiet inside the house. Great communication with host. Oranges are delicious! Great stay!

Stayed at this conveniently-located, fenced-in, ranch house for a month and loved it. Greta provided everything one could wish for and graciously answered all our questions. The orange, pineapple and lemon trees were a real bonus. Thank you!!!

Great for kids and cooking!

We stayed here with kids over the Thanksgiving Holiday, and really enjoyed it!!! The oranges weren't quite ripe, but we found a few that were "ripe enough" for our kiddos to get a chance to juice them, and they really enjoyed that. We were also able to make our pies, stuffing and other sides to take to our Thanksgiving dinner (elsewhere). Beds were very comfortable with pillows of all different stuffing levels to meet our individual tastes. This very well may become the place we stay when visiting family from now on. Thank you!

Except for renovated bathrooms, the house and furnishings feel tired. Large sunny yard with citrus trees which offered oranges for delicious juice every morning.
