*Freshly Renovated Coastal Retreat* The Escapes by Dave presents The Beach Escape - Hilton Head Island, a classic Hilton Head home located in the coveted North Forest Beach area of Hilton Head. Park your car and leave it behind for the rest of your trip! Our home is the 5th house from the beach, which is a two-minute easy walk away (0.1 mi) and a convenient 15-minute walk (0.7 mi) to the popular, Coligny Plaza, which has over 60 specialty shops and restaurants. Our spacious, pet-friendly home is all one-level - no stairs once you are inside the home!

This spacious, single-level home is centrally located to the best that Hilton Head Island has to offer, along with easy access to one of the quietest beaches on the island. Our home features 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms (one outdoor), and comfortably sleeps 17 guests.

**We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance ahead of your stay. This will protect your reservation payment in case of illness, unforeseen emergencies, undesirable or severe weather, job or other life changes, or financial hardship that may cause you to cancel your stay. Otherwise, if you cancel, you will lose your reservation payment in accordance with the cancellation policy in place at the time of your booking. We also do not allow reservation date changes or postponements. NO EXCEPTIONS.***

*Pool heating is available year round. From April - September, pool heating is included in the nightly rate. From October - March, pool heating is available at $75/day.*

**Pool shoes recommended due to the textured bottom of the pool. Pool safety is a priority. Our pool is fully enclosed with self-closing safety gates. All doors leading to the pool have a door alarm that is installed high on the door that alarms if someone opens the door without pushing the bypass button first. Also, the door will alarm if it is left open for more than 7 seconds. Gates leading to the pool are also equipped with alarms and are self closing. Despite these safety features, children must be supervised at all times to guarantee safety.**

***Please observe the Town of Hilton Head Island's Noise Ordinance by respecting quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am. Privacy-safe noise monitors are installed and utilized to notify guests***

**PET-FRIENDLY - up to 2 pets are allowed at a rate of $150/pet. For example, 1 pet would be an additional $150 per reservation. Two pets would be an additional $300 per reservation. For the safety of your pet, you must bring a pet crate. If your pet is left unattended, they must be placed in a crate indoors with access to food and water. Time left unattended should be kept at a minimum. The guest will be charged for any damage done by the pet**
