Welcome to Seashell Cottage located in a friendly neighborhood between Mexico Beach and downtown Port St. Joe!

This 2 bedroom 2 bath dog-friendly beach cottage is perfect for two couples, a small family, or a relaxing girls trip! The large backyard is fully fenced for your pup.

Beach access is a short walk (3 blocks) from the cottage. Local beaches are dog-friendly. The cottage has a beach cart to haul beach necessities.

Within minutes, drive to downtown Port St. Joe for shopping & dining!

We so enjoyed our stay! Everything was nice and clean and loved the fenced in backyard for our 2 small dogs. Allison was great responding to my questions, will stay again for sure!

Perfect

This property was perfect for our little family and 2 dogs. The backyard was so nice for the dogs to be able to roam and get plenty of exercise. The kitchen was very well stocked. It’s a small home, but perfect for a small family.

Lovely Beach House

My husband and I love the location of this home situated in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Spices were available which I needed. The coffee station is great. Bonus one of the very few homes that have a king size bed available!

We had a great week! The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The house was pretty well stocked with everything we needed. The bed linens and towels were nice and clean. It was just me and my wife and we had a very relaxing week. The only issues we had was the grill wasn’t working due to being old and rusty; the master bed was really firm and low to the ground, and we couldn’t find where to hook up the hose to rinse the sand off our feet. The patio fire pit was out of propane so we didn’t get to use it.

Great vacation

The cottage was very clean and pet friendly. It has a big fenced in yard our 2 dogs had a great time here. If you're looking for a nice relaxing place for you and your dogs this is definitely the right place for you.

November get away

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The beach was a nice exercise walk, There were no sand spurs in the yard and for that we were very thankful! We had everything that we needed except a softer bed. Since we stayed 12 days and nights we did miss our bed. The manager was nice to deal with.

Great getaway to beach community

This is the perfect getaway for a relaxing beach vacation or log weekend. House was exactly described. Very clean. The amenities were perfect. Great neighborhood. It was very quiet and relaxing. A short walk to the beach. Stores were nearby for supplies. Great backyard for relaxing and watching the sunset. The host was very accommodating. The check in was simple. I highly recommend. We will be coming back.

Great stay

Was perfect for us nice cozy house with big fenced in backyard a plus for us . Owners were very nice and very helpful with any questions or concerns they were very prompt on communicating back with us neighborhood was extremely nice we highly recommend this house . We plan on reserving again for next year .

Rest and relaxation

Such a cute cottage and so clean! Just a short piece to the beach and well worth it! Allison was so easy to work with and very accessible which was refreshing. Definitely recommend this property and owner.

Perfect for Pets and Parents

Close to the beach. Easy neighborhood to walk with dogs. Yard is great for dogs to run/play in. Cute house! We would stay here again!

Quite Neighborhood

It was just my mother & I so it was perfect. Mom has to use a walker to get around & there was plenty of space for this. Everything was clean & neat and just a beautiful house. The whole neighborhood was clean & quiet. Definitely recommend staying here.

Port St. Joe Beach House

Wonderful house in a quiet neighborhood. Short walk to beach with our pup. House had everything you will need from the fully stocked kitchen, to washer dryer, to very comfortable beds. Would recommend.

Relaxing Spring break

We so enjoyed staying at this beautiful and very clean cottage. The neighborhood was friendly, quiet, and extremely dog welcoming! Lots of wonderful walking areas and the HUGE fully enclosed fenced backyard was so convenient for our pup. The bathrooms in this home are sumptuous, and I so enjoyed soaking in their bathtub after strolling on the nearby beach. GREAT washer and driver, fridge, dishwasher, etc., all the comforts of home! Lots of hot water. Whenever we had a question, Allison responded immediately. Would def come back ❤️

Great cottage@

We had an excellent stay. The cottage is well equipped and well situated with a huge fuqlly equipped patio and large fenced yard for the dog. Beach is close by with fine white sand. There is a great restaurant within walking distance! Definitely 5 stars!

Trip to Port st Joe

Perfect house for my daughter, me and our two fur babies. The host was amazing any question I sent her through Vrbo she answered very quickly !!! Gave 5 stars on everything except only 4 on cleanliness the house was not dirty but the towels in the bathroom where wet and stunk were someone had not dried them all the way and just put them up anyway. I had to wash and dry towels before we could even use them. Also when I swept the floor there was dog hair that was not our dogs but I know from cleaning houses myself that could have easily been overlooked due to it was in the corner The bathrooms were very clean ! Counter tops and kitchen was clean. Love the backyard for the fur babies. Wonderful quite neighborhood!!! Would definitely stay there again !

Awesome beach stay with pups

Great little house to stay with dogs. Newer appliances and close to a nice quiet beach. Allison was easy to communicate with. Did have a Bear visit the garbage can outside a couple of nights. We would definitely stay again with our pups.

Beach cottage

We enjoyed our stay so much! The house was clean and very cute. The fenced in yard was great for our little dog. Bed was comfy, nice big bathroom. We drove down to the beach a little far to walk in the heat. Beach was calm and beautiful! I would stay here again for sure! L. Moore
